チェックイン時間は3:00pmでしたが、1時半に到着しました。客室は準備できていなかったので、チェックイン手続きをして、荷物を預けました。客室が準備でき次第、部屋に荷物を運ぶので、パスポートを提示してくれれば、鍵を渡すと言われました。4時半にフロントに行くと、列に並ぶように言われ、30分待たされ、荷物はフロントに置かれたままでした。特に、悪いと思っている様子もなく、フロントに5人立っていて、3つのカウンターしかあけていないこと、それでも他の部門のスタッフが来たら、カウンターを開けて割り込み対応していたことなどから、印象が悪かったです。 客室やロビーに虫がいたのも、嫌でした。

部屋は広いけど引き出しなど、衣類の収納場所が極端に少ない。 部屋での食事するテーブルなどなく過ごしにくい。 部屋のお掃除、昼間2時間ほど2回も外出したのにできていなくて 連絡して来てもらったがタオル類の不足や浴槽の掃除忘れなどがあり 次は他のホテルにしようと思った。 朝食のビュッフェは、かなり満足できた。 日本語のできるスタッフは毎日ないなかった。

フルブレックファスト付きで予約し、不安だったので一応チェックインの際にちゃんと予約できているか確認しました。 朝ごはんは毎日ブッフェ形式で頂きましたが、非常に美味しかったです!ちょっとだけメニューに変更もあり、4泊中3日だけ利用しましたが、飽きませんでした! 問題は部屋の壁。17階に泊まりましたが、まあ両隣の韓国人のうるさいこと。韓国人のうるさい声、赤ん坊の鳴き声が電車の中で聞こえるレベルで丸聞こえでした。夜もなかなか寝付けなかったです。上の階のドタバタする音もダイレクトに響き、最悪でした。最初は韓国人にイライラしていましたが、最終的には部屋の壁の薄さにイライラしていましたね。 壁以外は最高でした^_^

I would say that staff service and cleanliness have some room to improve. when I checked in, their staff told me there was no available room even though the reservation was completed a few months earlier. A moment later, my reservation was given a free upgrade to a better available room (VILA sweet). I appreciated this unexpected upgrade, but I felt their management was not so organized then. The VILA sweet was spacious, and equipped with a small swimming pool on the balcony. but, we found 4-5 almost-dead cockroaches in a drawer in the kitchen. The hotel manager came and apologized, but this was surely a terrible memory of the trip. (compensated with a free airport taxi in the end) Besides, due to the location of VILLA on the 5th floor, a lot of trash keeps (paper, swimwear, shoes, etc) dropping on the balcony from the upper floors. Sometimes staff came to our room to pick them up. We never knew what to fall next, we could not stay outside without the parasol. As a good point, I liked the location, easily accessible to shopping malls and restaurants around Tumon Bay. It was convenient to go shopping even within a 5-minute walk.
