“A Concert must”

If you are attending a concert or show at the Ford Ampatheatre this is an excellent hotel. Within walking distance of the fairgrounds. It was very clean and comfortable.

“Better inside than out”

This place looks a little ruff on the outside but inside was nice. Clean looking and smelling room and bed was very comfortable for a "cheap" room in the area. 2 parking passes was a plus since we were going to a concert across the street. Great place to stay if you hitting the Amp and then the Dallas Bull afterwards. Only a 7 buck cab ride back here from the Bull.

“comfortable”

This facility was only 3 years old so it was in very good shape, rooms were clean, TV worked and the beds were comfortable. A basic economy hotel is what we wanted and were very satisfied.

“A Good Pick”

The accommodations were satisfactory and location was convenient to many area attractions. The staff was also very friendly. Refrigerator & microwave should be standard in all rooms but, other than that, I have nothing negative to say. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Good Hotel”

Stayed here recently the night of the Motley Crue concert,(Our group is in the 40 y.o. range)The hotel was a clean, quiet, recently refurbished bare bones inn directly across the street from the Ford Ampitheater and State Fairgrounds. Great place to stay after a concert,front desk staff was friendly and parking was not a problem as they checked the lot for parking passes. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
