“First time cruise”

Hotel is a little old but room was clean and comfortable, has a good restaurant, good service and the price was right.

Adequate lodging for 2 day stay. Little dated, but clean. Free airport shuttle, handy to have.

successfully stayed one night with 3 kids before and early flight, hotel was very accommodating by bringing a refrigerator up to keep our healthy plane snacks cold. Loved the continental breakfast, fast and fun for the kids.

It was a positive experience, staff was very helpful, always available. The location is very convenient, a nice mall is nearby, transportation is good.

I can't say that much about the hotel because I only spent a few hours there. I arrived late one night and left early the next morning.

It was very clean and actually super nice. New bathroom and just felt modern over all. The lobby area was also very nice. It was a great deal for the price and is super close to the airport and there are restaurants and malls within a 1 mile radius.

I love the lobby area and the decor. The rooms were decent and clean and functional. The exterior of the rooms need new paint but nothing serious.

I didn't expect something really fancy for the price, but I got exactly what I wanted...a decent place to spend the night. The beds were extremely comfortable.

“Close to Tampa airport”

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is in the Westshore shopping district and less than 5 minutes from the airport. Everything you need is a short walk or drive away. The room was just about satisfactory. The bed was comfortable. However, the carpet needed some major cleaning as there were stains all over. The bathroom was not in the best shape - it was clean but not functioning well. The water took a while to drain from the bathtub after a shower and the toilet took a while to completely drain during the flushing process. I did let them know about this on my way out. Another minor problem was the noise that came through the door. The weather seals on the door weren't in the best shape. When my room was dimly lit inside, I could see light from the outside shining through the cracks in the door seals. Hence, other guests could be heard in the corridors, especially the very noisy ones. However, overall the stay was fine. The continental breakfast is great, especially with the waffle maker there. The Hurricane grill is awesome, especially if you do not want to have to leave the hotel to grab a bite to eat. I would stay here again.

“Great Room/Cheap Deal”

After such a long drive from Virginia, it was great to come into a room that was clean, comfortable and be greeted with a smile but specially at such an awesome rate (did loose cell phone reception immediately though) -- the morning crew not as cheery -- but overall I would definately stay at the Westshore again!
