“nice clean hotel”

“Extremely surpised/impressed”
From the reviews I read about this hotel, I was definitely expecting it to be a rinky dinky roach motel. I only drove up to Tampa for the day to watch a hockey game so I figured, for the cheap price, I didn't care how bad it was. I was extremely surprised when I got to the road the hotel is on and saw many other hotels and even a very nice mall. You walk into the lobby and everything sort of feels newly renovated and they have a cool little aquarium. The room was perfect and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and in the morning there was even some breakfast that was included (cereal, make your own waffles, toast and bagels, juice, coffee and milk). If you're looking for a cheap hotel where to spend a night or two, this should definitely be your pick. It was absolutely perfect and very cheap, recommended!

“Great for a stopover”
Very nice for a one night stop in Tampa, we would definitely stay again if we are back, our room was a nice size, bathroom and the room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins or so from the Airport so great location to stopover, you can even see the planes come in on the west side of the hotel if you venture over there, a really nice place.

“I was satisfied”
This hotel was in a perfect location for my purposes. Very convienent and close to the airport, mall, and many resturants, ect. I thought the room was cozy and clean and over all just well put together. There is a strip club a few buildings down but i didnt even notice until i was leaving the next day so it obviously didnt effect my stay.
“I will stay here again”
An hour and a half after checking in, the front desk called to make sure everything was good so far (I liked that!) Told them my AC wasn't working too well, the maintenance guy was there within minutes, took one step in, said it was fine and left (didn't like that). Two hours later I'm calling downstairs saying its not working, and within minutes they were knocking on my door with the key to another room (I liked that). The room, lobby and pool were very clean, the room was quiet, the beds comfortable, and everyone except the maintenance guy were polite and helpful. I felt safe in this neighborhood (which is important in Tampa), and there is shopping down the street, and plenty of restaurants in the area and a Walgreens down the street. There's a restaurant downstairs but I didn't eat there.
“Definitely going back”
The room was clean and the service was great. I had called for additional accomadations and when I checked it was already noted. As soon as I got to the room the front desk called to make sure everything was ok as well. It was a simple step that makes a BIG difference. The service was notably great!
“Would consider staying there again.”
I had a great time. The location was ideal: within 5 minutes of AAA, my car rental, and the airport, a fabulous Italian restaurant and easy access to the main arteries across town and to St. Pete's. The hotel also had a great little aquarium in the lobby and 2 stations for Internet use. Continental breakfast was adequate and there was an attendant there to supervise.
“Quite Right”
Everything about this hotel was quite right except for the continental breakfast. It was just what you'd expect with cereal, waffle maker, and some fruit and juice. Not particularly for me. The decaf coffee was not hot, but the regular coffee was. Everything else about my stay was perfect!
