Attentive Staff on Check-In and (Early) out but..Posted 17-Oct-2013
Pros: It is a shame, this property is former apartments that could easily be converted and is in a convenient Tampa location really close to everything.
Cons: Overall commitment to service also offer cleaning service or please label that you don't. If they are worried
Location: North Tampa convenient to I-4 , I-295 and the Veterans Expressway. Really easy to navigate across the bay or to Lakeland.
If you like clean towels or bedding this isn't for you. There is NO Cleaning Service. Of course they do not advertise that, or disclose it, until you ask them. Seriously, who thinks to ask a hotel if they have cleaning service? They did offer to swap towels for me (though not sheets) if I called the friend desk but it certainly was not executed in a timely manner. They also do not empty the trash they expect you to take it out. Our shower did not work properly either, the maintenance man did come but while he worked quickly it did not resolve the problem. Their hotel restaurant staff is "ok" but certainly not great. Its really what you might expect from a busy sports bar rather than eatery. Just little things like bringing the check to the table while your in the middle of eating, having to waive someone down to order another drink, etc.. Just a lack of attention to detail in general. I ended up checking out early and simply eating the non-refundable (oh yes they don't give money back) last few days. First bad hotel review I've ever done and I travel monthly for work I'm super easy to please but this was ridiculous. I checked out because, I'm on a working vacation and instead of being focused on business I'm focused on getting them to execute the basic services any hotel should provide. DO NOT book this HOTEL under any circumstances.

Perfect stayPosted 17-Oct-2013
The stay was perfect, staff friendly helpful etc.. only small remark; the cleaning of the rooms were charged extra, but not a big thing since we clean up behind ourselves.

Big suitePosted 17-Sep-2013
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, ponds with ducks and turtles and squirrels about. Handy to supermarkets, attractions and I286 (think that's the road).
Cons: Hard to think of anything not perfect
Location: Near the airport, and not much nearby except grocery. Very easy access to interstate and attractions
The suite, had two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, large refrigerator, insinkerator. There are houses not as big. Every thing was like new/unused. Check-in lady went to a lot of effort to get us a room on the ground floor - we had been allocated a suite on the third floor and there are no elevators - we are elderly.

Feels like home...Posted 17-Sep-2013
Pros: Like I said its cozy.. Like home
Cons: They could offer a tv channel list that way you're not flipping through channels trying to find cartoons. It would be easier..
Location: I ordered Empire NY Pizza while we stayed at the suites and it was so good. I recommend this hotel and Empire NY Pizza. 25minutes-The FL Aquarium
Especially if you live in an apartment.. The suites are retired apartments up they're in wonderful condition. My 5 year old son loved it and my 4 month old daughter slept as if she was at home in her crib. I never review anything but this place was cozy..

Bad experiencePosted 6-Sep-2013
I stayed here for 2 weeks while my house was getting finished. My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there. If I wanted clean towels I had to call the front desk and ask them to bring them. The front desk ask Yolanda was probably one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. I renewed my stay for longer after the first week and I had to come to the front desk to do that. I had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes and wait to be checked in. When I did check in I got the worst service ever from Yolanda.

Terrible hotel and staff. I would never recommendPosted 31-Aug-2013
Pros: Nothing at all!
Hotel staff was rude! The room was discussing and smelled. No turn down service or fresh towels or anything. No elevator! Must climb stairs to rooms. Wouldn't let me check out before 6am. I wood never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service. Excellent rate for two bedroom suite. Beds comfy. Breakfast buffet was very good and good value. Bathroom could do with new bath sealant. We had an enjoyable stay. Location was great at only a sort distance frrom the airport.

Nice pool. Good staff.Posted 12-Aug-2013
Pros: Room size. Gated community. Clean comfortable beds and sleeper sofa.
Cons: The rugs had stains. Could have used more trash bags on the room without having to ask. The walls were not insulated and you could hear the guests.
Location: Good location.
Never told or read online that there was no daily housekeeping. This was not a problem as the staff supplied is with towels and extra sheets as needed.
