“Roomy and comfortable”

Lots of room in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 3 televisions for the 5 of us staying there. We were very comfortable--much nicer than a hotel-sized room! Our only complaint was the lack of free internet service in the units. To connect there is a charge for each 24 hours, and that is per laptop.

“Everything is ship shape at the Mainsail Suites!”

A great hotel with an excellent location. A little tough to get to but it's very close to the airport, just off the 275 highway into Tampa and very close to hopping on the bridge over to St. Petersburg. Service was excellent with cooperative staff and efficient and clean suites. In addition, the restaurant had a limited but well chosen menu with friendly wait staff. We'll definately go back should we get the chance to visit Tampa again!

“Excellent Tampa Base”

This hotel provided an excellent base for a vacation in Tampa. The facilities were excellent and the suites are very comfortable for a family of four. Close to airport and malls and only eight miles from Busch Gardens

“wonderful”

This hotel was wonderful!!!! It was just like a home away from home. My room was located nicely I woudl have preferred an upper floor but the low floor was okay. I felt like I was in my own apartment. My roommate and I had our own room & our own bathroom and a complete kitchen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

“Best Kept Secret”

Why would anyone stay anywhere else. For the price of an ordinary hotel room, I was so delighted by having my own suite which was really like a one bedroom apartment. Built only five years ago, the "apartment" complete with microwave, stove, pots and pans, had a kitchenette, dining area, living room, a large bedroom with a walk in closet and a great full bath... I'll only stay there whenever I'm back visiting family in the tampa area.

“Why book two hotel rooms when you can enjoy a 2-bedroom suite?”

I have stayed here two times and it is so nice to be able to stretch out and enjoy a living room, eating area and a kitchen. We stayed in the 2-bedroom suites which is great when traveling with children. There is a bathroom with each bedroom so we have our own space. The restaurant on site is reasonably priced and the food was actually upscale. It is almost as if you have your own condo with all of the comfort of home. It is right next to the Tampa airport and less than a minute to the lobby from the highway exit. Try to get a room on the first floor because you have to take the stairs to get to the second and third floor rooms.

“Great Place to Stay!”

We were extremely satisified with out 7 day stay. Plenty of room for our family (two parents with our two children in their 20's). Having 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and the full-size kitchen and living room was wonderful. The pool area and clubhouse were very nice and the gym was a nice plus. Didn't use the restaurant, but the free Starbuck's coffee in the lobby was great. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling! We would definitely stay there again.

The suite was very spacious, clean, a home away from home. The staff were very informative and friendly. The conference center was very nice as well.

“Spacious rooms”

I was very impressed by this hotel. It's a bit off the beaten track but once there everything is great. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised that it had 2 bathrooms, dining area, full kitchen and lounge area. For the price I couldn't fault it. Would definately go back.
