Our stay at the InterContinental in Tampa Fl, was a pleasant surprise. The service was outstanding from the valet parking to room service. When I and my partner want service of any kind, we want it prompt, courteous and without fuss. We got it! The experience was extremely pleasurable. The room appointments were modern, sleek, comfortable and fastidiously clean. The bed and bedding were of the same high quality of my own home. What a relief. Just 10 minutes from the airport and seconds from the X-way it made life much simpler during our stay.

We went to the Howl-O-Scream in Tampa, We drove up from South Florida, and spent the day at the park. We called ahead and requested a late check in due to our schedule had us arriving at the hotel after 1am. Met a great gentleman at the front desk and requested late checkout. He said since we were checking in so late he would extend our check out. The room was great, in a great location, quiet and one of the best stays we have had. I will be going back.

The amenities and convient location of this hotel, makes it the best place to stay when visiting the Tampa area. This was my second stay and as was the case the first time, I loved it.

The service was wonderful and everyone was very accomodating. Breakfast was included in our stay and was great. The location is close to 2 malls, the stadium, and lots of great eating establishments. The place to stay when you visit Tampa.

“A Class Act Sure Not To Dissapoint”

I have now stayed here twice and each time was picture perfect. The staff is professional and courteous. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. The rooms are comfortable and quite nice. Room service is conveniently available 24hrs a day and always prompt; the food is delicious! Whether for business or leisure don't hesitate to book this hotel! I am in Tampa a few times a year for both and this is where I intend to stay from now on!

“Perfect for what we needed, close to everything.”

Hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Extremely clean, nice staff, beds were so comfortable, showers powerful, etc. Stayed in this area to visit family close by. 10 minute drive to Ybor if that is your fancy, otherwise took Kennedy down about 8 minutes to Hyde PArk for nighttime lounges/bars. Had pleasent crowd for working class 20- 30's age group. 5 minutes from International mall, and plaza right next to hitel has another mall with great selection of restaurants. (we went to seafood one, forgot name very nice, next to palms). Shulas in hotel was nice for breakfast buffet on sunday. Overall great experience, would definetely stay again.

“The best 4 star value we have ever had!”

We found this on expedia and were surprised at the value offering at the time. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in quite a long time. We were only there for a night but wished we spent more time there as the beds were the most comfortable beds we have had the pleasure of staying in. My wife called to confirm that check out was not until noon as she wanted to lounge a bit longer. Amazing beds, sheets and pillows! We are looking into other locations of Intercontinental Hotels to make it our hotel of choice for the next time we travel!
