“excellent service”

We checked in the night prior and the night after our cruise out of Tampa. The Hilton could not have been more welcoming after the long flight. They were able to accomodate all five of us in superb comfort. The shuttle at the hotel took us wherever we needed to go int he evening. Even to the movies! We look forward to staying there in the future.

The hotel was in a great location...close to International Mall and Westshore Plaza. The shuttle is available to take hotel guests anywhere nearby...it was also always prompt! The entire hotel staff was friendly and extremely accommdating. I will definitely stay at the Hilton Westshore again. Thank you to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay!

No problem with hotel. I extended our stay by one day and could not get the same expedia rate, which was disappointing.

“Nice hotel near Raymond James stadium and shopping mall”

The Hilton was very nice. They picked us up at the airport and then took us back in the morning. Our flight from Little Cayman to Grand Cayman was delayed 3 hours. The DeHavillend twin otter turbo prop blew a tire on landing in Cayman Brac. The plane blocked the only runway so Cayman Airways had to fly a new tire, jack and mechanic from Grand Cayman to Little Cayman and then they took a boat to Cayman Brac and changed the tire.Cayman airways held our flight from Grand Cayman to Tampa for us. With all this our luggage didn't make it to Tampa. Hilton gave us a free toiletries and we bought some fresh clothes to tide us over. I would stay at this Hilton again.

“Looking Forward To Becoming Regulars”

For this trip it was important that we remain close to the airport so we chose a hotel based on that criteria as well as price. This was a great value and only miles from airport! The hotel is impressive compared to others in a similar price range we've visited in Florida. It is convenient to a very nice shopping mall and many restaurants. The bed was super comfortable! The water flow from the shower was strong with a variety of flow and directional options. We neglected to pack hairspray, and the front desk and gift shop was extremely helpful in a pinch. The woman at the gift shop has been there for years, and they had very nice gifts as well as necessary items. The staff was friendly upon check-in as well. My only negative is the prices at the restaurant. (Guess that is why it was empty with so many other options close by). I wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. Enjoy your stay.

“Great hotel for an airport location”

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be so nice given that it was right by the airport. But the location was fantastic, the hotel quality exceeded my expectations, the staff was friendly/helpful, and the room was clean/comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey.

I had a wonderful experience. I was allowed to check in five or six hours earlier. The staff was a real blast; the drinks were great, the food and facility was great. : )
