Think twice about staying here...

Pros: Staff tried to help. The sheets were clean. The air conditioner worked.
Cons: You should ask, what DOESN'T need to be improved? The halls were dirty, there were rooms blocked off with plastic sheeting... Kind of sad to see.
Location: The morning manager told us of a place across the street (main street - watch out for traffic) where we could get a breakfast. SAVED the day!
Extended Stay means: "I'm going to be here awhile - help me feel like I'm home." This particular property says, "You're here. So enjoy." Description appropriate to this property: STARK - AUSTERE - the owners STOPPED CARING a few years ago. The staff was apologetic about the lack of amenities - but that did not make up for the issues we found wanting here: —NO INTERNET! (Promised - not delivered) —Had to ask for glasses, cups (for coffee) —Breakfast? I don't think so.... Coffee in the pots, yes. Food / fruit / etc...? No! There were a few Quaker quickie bars in the bins. It looked like they stopped doing breakfast here several years ago, and just take some snacks out of the box and toss them into the bin. The room was clean - but NOT anything more than a room. Period. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND you stay here the first time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. I was expecting a two star hotel but got a four star suite with a full kitchen. I could have baked a cake if I had any desire to do so. The grab and go breakfast was exactly as described. All in all I recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Tampa area.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Only negative was there were no pots/pans to use the stove. I selected this place because of the kitchenette and I appreciated the full size fridge, the stove was useless to me.

Hotel close to airport

Pros: very little
Cons: serve take out breakfast on time
1 bath towel for 2 people-called front desk and they said they would send one up-no one came so we went down to lobby to get a bath towel-no ice machine and ice trays in freezer had not been filled-bathroom was dark-poor lighting-bed was small and stains on bedspread- we will NEVER stay there again!!!!!!

Stayed overnight to catch early flight. Although the hotel states they have a 24 hour airport shuttle, it does not run until 5 am. Had to call a cab for a 6 am flight. Basic room. Fine for what we needed but no longer.

Very Dissapointing

Front desk clerk was extremely nice, that was the only thing positive about this hotel. The hallways stink like cigarrete smoke. There were stains on the counter in the kitchenette and bathroom as well as on the tub where people had place lit cigarettes. There were a pile of pizza menus on the floor when we first walked into the room. When we opened the door it smelled like it was the first time the room had been opened in a long time. Just an overall gross hotel.

A Poor Place to Stay

Location: Close to airport
No restuarant - had to drive several miles downthe road to find somewhere to eat. the motel looked to be very old and in poor shape. There were no real guest comforts. The overall experience was poor. would never stay there again. A disappointing experience with Expedia
