“Very impressed”

The best features about this hotel are it's location, the pool, and the breakfast. The hotel is located near I 275 which you can take to reach the Gulf Beaches, and downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg. The pool has an area for the kids with a pirate ship plus the heated pool is kept at least 90 degrees. The breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, eggs, cereal, sausage, grits and homefries. It's one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. The only drawback is the # of kids running down the hallways but it's to be expected with it's location near Busch Gardens.

“Will probably return in the future”

I really liked this hotel. It was centrally located, had a good breakfast, lots of water activities and especially the heated pool and clean. The staff were good and maintenance crew was fast the one time we needed them. My aunt and I make this trip annually and we will probably use this hotel again.

“Good value, poor location”

The hotel was older but very clean and comfortable. The area lacks any appeal. It is located on a busy street between shopping malls and chain restaurants. Luckily, our rooms were in the back away from the street noise. The local amusement park attraction is overpriced....be sure to take the hotel shuttle or you will have to pay to park. The hotel pool was very nice, and the breakfast service was better than most chain restaurants.

“A good breakfast hotel”

The stay was adequate and convenient and the personnel was friendly and courteous. I was disappointed that the toilet was not fixed properly after it was brougt to the attention of management. The pool area was maintained nicely and this was the best part of the hotel. I enjoyed the scrumptious breakfasts each morning, and this gave a good impetus for the sultry day ahead. For one who plans to enjoy the attractions in the area and not spend a great deal of time at the hotel, except in the pool area, then this is the place to be.

“Good place to stay”

Went to Bush gardens and stayed here it was very nice for the price. Very good value. And the free brakfest was nice also. I will stay here again when we go back to Bush Gardens!

“Great pool, simple rooms”

This is a good, simple hotel. Rooms are basic, but serve their purpose just fine. The pool area is very nice, especially for children. My biggest complaint would be the quality of the breakfast offered. While it's a hot buffet, I didn't find it to be very good.

“Happy to be a loyal customer”

We arrived very early, 10:30 AM on a 3:00PM check-in. Our room was ready by Noon. When I told the desk manager that I did not see well, he left the desk and escorted me personally to the room. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and bountiful. The lobby coffee was good too, and I love my coffee. The exercise room had some equipment in a state of dis-repair, and I found that a little disappointing, but I was able to fill my time with the equipment that was working. Overall, I am Very satisfied, and thought it was an exceptional value for the price. \ I absolutely plan on staying there again, which is the true measure of satisfaction.

“Good value”

The hotel looked like it was recently rennovated in the lobby and dining area. The room was decent as well. Facility was well maintained. Since it is not a 4 stars hotel, the mattress was the differentiating factor. Overall, I was able to get a decent sleep. And the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi internet was a bonus. The hotel also include morning paper, free parking. There were plenty of adjacent restaurants to dine in. Good value overall, close to Busch Garden.
