“I was surprised”

“Relaxing Family Vacation”

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our first night we were given a room that had garbage left in the cupboards. Once we told the staff they were very accommodating and changed the room right away. My daughter really enjoyed the hotel, most days she didn't want to leave. It was located near five different shopping plazas, with two Publix stores and a Super Target in the nearby vicinity. There was also a great selection of eating options and a walking path behind the hotel.

“Not impressed”

The room had adequate space and the appliances looked newer, although I only used the refrigerator (clean). The rest of the room was dingy and smelled like mildew. The couch was old and stained in several places and the bed was awful. The bed had little support and it was like getting out of a hole each morning. The staff was adequate, although my room wasn't cleaned or bed made one day. Not a place I'd stay at again.
