“Very impressive hotel”
What a fantastic hotel! The room I stayed on the 14th floor had a great view over the old part of the city. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. My only surprise was the floor to ceiling windows did not open. All staff were extremely pleasant and professional. The restaurant on the 30th floor had an amazing panoramic view. While it was expensive, the food and service was absolutely first class, probably the best I had ever experienced. I would really recommend this hotel, I had a wonderful short stay there.

“Superb!”
Without doubt this is probably one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The service was spot on from start to finish. Everything about the hotel was first class. The room was big, modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed on the 21st floor which had an incredible view. There is a bar and a restaurant on the 30th floor which has beautiful views across to the old town and the harbour, from which you can watch the sun set. The bar prices are very reasonable as well considering it is a 5* hotel (+ you get nibbles!) There is also another great bar in the lobby. Breakfast was very good with a choice of everything hot and cold. There is a very well equiped gym (again with great views across the city) , a good sized pool (which was a bit cold though!), a steam room and a sauna. As for location, it is approx a 10 minute walk into the old town but there are shops, bars and restaurants nearby and en-route to the old town. Tallinn is a beautiful place to visit and i'd thouroughly recommend this hotel to others.
“A fantastic hotel”
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The hotel was spotless, the staff extremely friendly, and the room was big and comfortable. We had a room on the 26th floor, and had a great 180 degree view. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Old Town, but we liked that the hotel was in a quieter area. We would definitely recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Tallinn.
“Swiss Hotel Tallin - a positive experience”
A very modern luxury hotel a short walking distance to the new town and still very convenient for the old town. Very comprehensively equipped and staffed by very helpful and professional personnel with a very strong customer service ethos. Nothing is too much trouble. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and would have no hesitation in booking again. Not cheap but by booking it with Expedia the cost at the time (Nov 2010) did not seem to be especially expensive either for the quality provided. It is also only a short taxi ride from Tallin airport.
“Excellent hotel & location”
I spent 4 nights at the Swissotel and have to say, it couldn't have been better. Everything about the hotel was great from the service, the rooms, the facilities and the location (only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and. It may be too modern for some people's taste but I'll certainly be looking to stay at other Swissotel's if the standard of this one is anything to go by. I'd certainly recommend the Swissotel without any hesitation

The hotel can be given 5 stars. Spa the center too excellent. Numbers greater and from them the fine kind on city opens
“A wonderful Experience”
Why would you want to stay anywhere else in Tallinn? This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is glorious (very contemporary with little glass tiles)and the views of the city are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was the hotel bench mark of a 12 day visit to the Balkans and Norway!
“If I ever was in Tallin again I would not hesitate to stay there again.”
This hotel was very nice. It was modern, extrenely clean and the staff was very helpful. We just wish it was a little closer to the Old Town.
“Excellent hotel”
The hotel had only been open six months. The range of amenties was excellent.Staff still appeared to be training in some ways so there were a couple of things that were not quite perfect but what they lacked in technique they more than made up for with courtesy, enthusiasm and a wiliingness to help.
