We were down for a week and this was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! Would be nice to have one more waffle maker, as everyone wanted waffles for breakfast, but otherwise, everything was great. The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Rooms were outdated and just didn’t look clean. There were stains all over the fabric headboards, the couch, and the carpet, including a big nasty stain right by the bed that looked like it could be old blood. It was also very noisy and we (2 adults, 1 baby, and 1 child) were up until midnight because of the people above us.

I was on first floor and you could hear all the noise located by the breakfast area in the morning that woke us up. I was uphappy after the long drive to hear the commotion. I do like the seperate bathroom accomadations.

This was my second time staying and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful! The shower was leaking and the room could have been a little cleanlier but otherwise this met our needs and we were comfortable.

I never complain about a stay BUT when I got there they told me they were overbooked and it was first come first serve. I virtually checked in at 2pm from my phone. So I had to wait to see if they had ANY available rooms. When I did get a room, I went to the room and A GUEST was already in the room. I had to apologize over and over again to her. I finally got a room with no one in it. Then after we checked out, I realized I left a pillow and blanket in there. I called to see if they could get it and keep it behind they counter and they said they could not get a hold of housekeeping. We had long checked out so we would have a family member get the belongings for me. They said the family member would have to go upstairs to the room and find the belongings! Front office staff was rude , breakfast staff yelled at me , hallway carpets were dirty , one elevator was broken the whole time I was there 5 days . Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. Not in a great part of town . Better places to stay for the price. DON’T RECOMMEND

Worth a return stay
The staff were very nice. It was a last minute reservation but everything was fine. I enjoy the internet TV, the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the cleaner they used was a little overpowering when we first entered the room but we quickly got used to it. Also our upstairs neighbors were rather heavy footed (perhaps a child?) but they did settle down around bedtime. The breakfast is your average hotel fare but service and comfort are worth a return stay!

My Opinion
The stay was great. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I like and could use a thicker comforter. The room set up was nice, I would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
So many problems with maintenance in this hotel. 1 elevator working, plumbing didn't work in shower. Ice machine not working, fitness equipment broken. Etc.... Stay elsewhere. This is not like other Marriott hotels.
