I really think it can be a 3-star hotel. Good customer service, good room condition, good breakfast. Feel safe and warm. Really like it. Will go back.

I wasn't sure what to expect because it was a motel-style property, with rooms on an outdoor corridor, which I generally dislike. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was comfortable, very clean and the staff very helpful. It was a well-kept property and I felt very safe.

The hotel was great. The room was very clean. Comfortable king size bed with 4 fluffy pillows and even an extra blanket in the closet. Neighborhood was good with stores and food down the street. Would definitely stay again.

“Convenient Location and Reasonable Price”

We selected the hotel based on it's convenient location to Florida State University. The cost was reasonable and the staff were very responsive to our needs.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Very nice for the money. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything worked. (last hotel I stayed in did'nt have cold water, if you can believe that) Location was great. Staff was friendly. I will definately stay here next time I visit Tallahassee.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the room for the price. It had the same decor and feel as the high end hotels I have stayed at in the exact same area. I have officially made this hotel my first choice for all of my business trips to Tallahassee. (BTW I love the 3 different pillow options from soft to firm)
