Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even restaurant staff including chefs were warm and eager to assist. Place was impeccably kept and rooms/beds/tubs/steam showers etc all clean and well maintained. Would plan to return perpetually. Winner!

Good Location
Often stay at this hotel when working in Taipei. Its convinently located nearby the Miramar where there are plenty of shops, restuarnats and the MRT line. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and well equiped. Only issue are no plug sockets near the bed. Breakfast is a buffet unless numbers are low, then you have 2 options.

Hotel is a nice property in a convenient location, less than a 10 minute walk from the Miramar shopping center and Jiannan MRT station. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent with good variety. The only things missing are a fitness center and a microwave in the room.

Staff friendly and clean. The only weakness is they had some event going on at 8am in the morning besides the pool. I was woken up because people were screaming, shouting and laughing loudly besides the pool!

No frill hotel but generally good hotel to stay for business or leisure， value for money。Hotel room is fixed with modern furnishing. Very clean and comfortable. Very good location. Only set back is need to reserve 2 days in advance for using the pool and no gym facility

Overall, a pleasant hotel to stay in. Staff was friendly, room itself was comfortable, with very big bathtub, hot steam shower. Nice and convenient to Miramar Mall nearby, and surprisingly good selection of restaurants as well. Only let down by poor Wifi in the room

Excellent Hardware but cheap software
It is a very nice and new hotel with wonderful hardware but cheap software. The hotel is beautifully built but tries to save costs and uses cheap items such as tooth brush, bath towels, bath gels shampoos etc..... Such a waste

The rooms were spacious and clean. Only 2 staff members really spoke English well enough to be helpful. One young woman at the front desk refused to make a simple phone call in Chinese to make a reservation at a Starbuck for coffee at the Taipei 101 as we didn't speak it even though I asked 3 times. Another staff in the dinning room, though later I found he spoke some English, either nodded or shook his head and pointed to another person as his mode of communication. I think the hotel needs to train the staff to be more professional. Not every staff at the front desk looks up and greets you even when you are standing right in front of them with a question. The breakfast buffet, while it tried to have some variety, was heavy in pork—all Chinese food was pork. One morning I found the eggs were cold. Yet, another day, I found some one to bring me hot eggs. The choice of bread was tasteless thin bread like Wonderbread.

the location was ok. i knew that going into it. the check in process was a bit strange. rooms were open at exactly 12 noon. the shower door leaked water all over the floor. which i think is typical for some reason

Good hotel for business in Neihu
I have stayed in this hotel for a week in August, travelling for business in Neihu district. This is not the most fancy hotel in the area, but maybe the best in terms of value for money. Considering to make it my "default choice" for this area. The hotel is relatively new and well equipped. One thing that, in my opinion, was really lacking in the room is a capsule coffee machine which started to become a standard in many business oriented hotels. The room is quite big (which is typical for Taipei), big TV, big working desk with a panel which allows you to connect the laptop to the TV, very comfortable bed. The bathroom is big and includes a big bath, a steam room (which is also a shower) and a "smart toilet" with heating seat, bidet and other functions. The room, and the hotel area in general, are very clean. The staff is very polite, helpful and most speak decent english. There are a pool and a sauna in the hotel that I didn't have time to use. The breakfast is a bit disappointing. The selection and the quality are OK (not more than that) but if you arrive after 9 am you can find the food missing and cold. There are some selection changes every day. The area is mostly good for business in Neihu district, you will have to take a taxi or MRT to the more popular areas in the city. Miramar mall and a big food court are in 5 minutes walking distance. There are few convenient stores and small restaurants across the road.

Nice hotel and pool
Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was the best part of staying here. They called us Taxis and helped us navigate the city. The hotel is a short walk from American restaurants (as well as other types) and right down the street from a bus station and train.

Comfortable yet sophisticated.
It's a very big hotel which is awesome. The rooms are comfy although some of the light switches are a little faulty. It's a little annoying but not enough to be displeased about. Service is wonderful as the hotel staff will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. Also, free flow water bottles can be sent up to your room anytime! That's awesome!

Excellent Hotel!!
Traveled to Taiwan, Taipei for some RnR and happen to find this Amazing hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean! The large Tub was amazing for bubble bathes and it included a TV to watch movies or listen to music if you enjoy these things while taking a bath or want to experience it! This hotel is really close to everything and is about a 10 to 15 min walk away from restaurants, malls and nightlife entertainment.
