Property Amenities
Business center: Features two computer terminals, plus scanner, color printing, binding, laminating, copy, and courier services. Equipment rental includes dictaphone for hourly surcharges, mobile phone for daily surcharges, and notebook computer for hourly surcharges.

The Imperial houses 288 wheelchair accessible guestrooms with city views on its 13 floors, which are arranged in an O-shape around the central atrium. The rooms offer pleasant light and heavy curtains, and are decorated with timber furniture that, together with the off-white walls, create a relaxed atmosphere. All guestrooms feature LCD TVs with satellite service, ESPN, HBO, and pay movies; high-speed wired Internet access (surcharge); private bathrooms with bathtubs, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries; coffee/tea facilities; and complimentary newspapers.

Front Page Bar - English style bar with LCD TVs showing sports programs. All types of liquors, wine and soft drinks are offered. Local European and American refreshments are prepared by master chefs and readily served at all times.
Sonoma Grill - Steak restaurant offering both Western- and teppanyaki-style dishes. Traditional Western-style décor. Extensive wine cellar. Open for lunch and dinner.
T(3) Bar & Restaurant - Buffet-style restaurant with Western and Asian cuisine choices. Features cocktail bar in evenings. Site of the breakfast buffet, this is the hotel's broad appeal dining option. Open from breakfast until dinner.
T(2) Tokyo In - Modern décor with traditional Japanese influence. Extensive menu ranging from traditional Japanese to modern Japanese with Western influence. Open for lunch and dinner.
Kwei Hwa Chinese Restaurant - Located on 12th floor, with large open room. Incorporates a variety of Chinese cuisine - Cantonese is its standout. Weekend buffet offered. Open for lunch and dinner.

“Terrific experience”
i am in the hotel business so i know what i am looking at and the Imperial Taipei met every standard i use to measure quality. from always using my name to the graciousness of the entire staff i couldnt have been more satisfied. The hotel had everything going for it, condition of the property, location and staff. bravo Imperial Hotel Taipei
“The people where what made it”
The employees of this hotel where what made it good. It's pretty much what you'd expect except that the staff goes the extra mile to make your stay really nice, safe and comfortable.

The hotel is at the center of Taipei, near everywhere. Take a 10 minutes walk to the bus stations or 15 minutes to the subway. You will find good restaurants nearby.
“Worthy choice”
Great place - good location. It was a 15 minute walk to the subway, which was not bad. Loved the bathroom! Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly, helpful. Restaurants were a little pricey, but there are too many restaurants in Taipei for that to be an issue. Would stay there again, easily.
“A Warm Welcoming Atmosphere and Luxury at the Imperial Hotel: Can't Wait To Go Back!”
We enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Hotel. The staff accomodated the needs of our family (2 adults and two young children), and this included providing us with a baby crib. We booked the club level which meant we had access to a delicious array of Western and Asian menu at their breakfast buffet, and a much welcomed afternoon high tea (with some Taiwanese cakes) after a day about town. My husband also enjoyed the cocktail hour in the evening. The Door men really went out of their way to befriend and spoil our 5 year old son with biscuits and collectible "Peanut" Cards. As we had late check out (4:00 pm), and our driver was not expected until 7:00 p.m., they accomodated us in the Club Lounge. This was greatly appreciated by our family of four.
“Very Satisfied”
Stayed at the Imperial Hotel for the last night of my trip in Taiwan and used their car service to get to the airport. I didn't have to worry about anything and it was a very enjoyable stay. Food was excellent and customer service was great. Clean, modest luxury at a very reasonable price.
