The room is very roomy, clean and comfortable. We are lucky to have a room with an open view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always say hi when you walk in and out. Our booking included breakfast, the restaurant is very clean and offered a good variety of foods. It may not close to the MRT station but easy walk to two different train lines. I definitely will go back!

We are from the US. This was a very nice hotel. Great breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged transport for us and gave us lots of great tips. Our room was very clean and modern.

以三星的飯店來說，水準滿好的，也能看到有在努力維護，新裝潢好的餐廳氛圍很好食物選擇也滿多元的，餐廳服務生兩位態度都極好，房間設施有些微老舊但空間感很好，收納空間滿不錯的，唯一有點小缺點就是房間內有些照明久了沒有全亮，還有晚上飯店用水量大時浴室會有排水聲（門關上不太聽得到，整體而言會再續住

Front desk ladies are lovely and so sweet. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Great location. Great breakfast and free laundry service is great. Gym doesn't really have anything usable though.

It was good, the bed was extremely comfortable, love the bathroom. The room was fairly clean and staff was super friendly and professional. One thing I wanted to mention is I missed place my parking tickets and the hotel staff was able to resolve the problem for me because the Parking lot is 10 minutes away by foot in busy Taipei traffic. I’m grateful.

The hotel is somewhat dated. Bed is too soft. Parking is 5 mins walk. The smell in my floor is not so pleasant.

Good central location, about 8 mins walk from 2 separate MRT stations. Quite easy and safe to get around in taiwan. Rooms are on the smaller side, including the toilet but functional. Yes, you may hear your neighbours when they are in the corridor and are loud but nothing really disturbing. Clean room, firmer bed and pillows (I prefer softer) but again no issues. Very helpful and friendly staff that can speak English well enough. Yes, there is only one elevator but we never really had to wait very long but it may be because of off peak times and luck.

The biggest problem in this hotel is, there is only one elevator for serving 10 floors of 90? rooms' customers. The wifi wasn't too good and forced us gotta go down to lobby for using computer. All the rest were okay.

Good location and neighbourhood. The cafe near hotel was superb! Also breakfast restaurant nearby was great. Egg rolls were delicious! Hotel room was ok. Staff were nice. But your neighbour might be awful :(
