“surprised and very pleased”
I book this hotel with a discount and mostly due to location close to meetings i had. Was very surprised by quality of service, rum and design. quite exceptionel in my experience with hotels in taiwan. highly recomm this place, although the regular room rates are quite high.

A nice change for Asia travel with a very modern, unique decor. Friendly service and very clean. Even the mini-bar items were included - no charges afterward and free internet service. Highly recommend this hotel - it seemed brand new.
“Super hotel in Taipei”
This is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are new and all in tip-top shape. The friendly and helpful staff was always eager to help and went out of their way to make sure they helped their customers every way possible. Breakfast was great with adequate choices and always impeccable service and freshness. One unique and appreciated feature of the hotel is that after breakfast hours the breakfast room is turned into a launch open "24h" for guests to read newspapers, magazines watch TV and best of all – and free of charge – at any time grab a snack, coffee latte, soft drink, water or fruit and sit there and eat or bring back to the room. Much appreciated when traveling. It made me feel like home! I will definitely return to this hotel for my next trip to Taipei
“5 STAR SERVICE @ BARGAIN PRICE”
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Service was nothing short of IMPRESSIVE. Facilities are impeccable, decor is contemporary and feels like a W Hotel. Breakfast offers many choices. Hotel is located in a very nice area and is minutes away from the Taipei subway. Tons of shopping and restaurants around. Fantastic experience, will definitely go back. Staff was attentive and helpful, felt welcome at every turn.
“Clean+Friendly Staff”
Good location+Quiet hotel and hotel staff are very friendly. I liked the size of hotel, not big and not many guest are around, but room size is very reasonable and clean. I will stay this hotel again.
“Taipei's best hotel option”
This hotel is fantastic, from the check-in process until the end. I was impressed with the service and the rooms. It is hi-tech and has all the comfort of a big luxury chain hotel. The staff makes you feel great, and the ambiance of the hotel is perfectly achieved, with the dimmed lights, music, and room set up. The bathrooms are even more comfortable and better equipped that many of the Shangri-La hotels I have stayed. Without a doubt this will be my option on my next trip to Taipei.

“One of the best”
Everything I read about the hotel is correct. Extremely friendly and high quality hotel. The only thing that I think they should improve on is the size of the breakfast area as it is tiny and run out of space very quickly. Otherwise, it is all good.
