The service in the lounge was poor, and the food, the beverages there were mediocre. They did nothing even I made the complaint about the service there. Don’t waste your money on that. It’s simply not worthy.
Even though rated as 5-star hotel, the A/C in my room had months worth of caked-on dust. The carpet had seen better days. The breakfast buffet is very limiting to Western-European taste habits and clearly caters mainly to the Asian clientele. Overall more like 4-star.
