“Luxury pure in awesome spot”
We spent two nights at the hotel at the start and end of our Tahiti trip. This is the most luxurious place we saw in Tahiti and Moorea. Very modern, good beach with safe swimming and nice for an evening stroll. The pool is elegant as is the dining options. Only issues could be that it is a bit further out than other hotels which means taxis from the airport are 3000 XPF instead of 1500 to 2000. We hired a car to go around the island, in which case it makes sense to get it at the airport. It's easy to find - don't give up coming into Arue, it's at the far end at a roundabout on the main "round the island" road. I will definitely book into the Radisson again on the next trip - it's the best place to start and end a trip.
“Spectacular time”
The Radisson was great. The view, beautiful. facilities perfect. The only complaints are the food. The menu is very limited and doesn't vary. The food was good, but impossible to eat 3 meals, every day. The buffett's are much too expensive, overcooked and prettier than they are eddible. They are very stingy with salad and water. They make it difficult to get out of the resort at night to eat. Other than that we had a magnificant time in Tahiti and the surrounding islands.
“Nice Tahiti Nui resort”
The Radisson is a fairly new, quite large resort hotel about 20 minutes out of Papeete by taxi. The resort itself is right on a black sand beach (treacherous surf), and the pool is great. The obvious drawback is the distance to Papeete, which is worth a visit. The activities desk will help set you up with some great stuff on Tahiti Nui or Moorea, but you will have to do a lot of leg work yourself. The activities at the resort are quite limited, but take a good book, sunscreen and sleep on the beach.
“Most likely best hotel in Tahiti, best beach for sure and most recent construction.”
Probably newest hotel on the island with north american standards, very well maitained and clean, quiet compare to downtown or Faa'a airport area, best value for money. Hotel is somewhat further away from downtown, car required, but easy to get around. Great place for cruise stop over, before or after. Would definitely go back, if we go back.
“Excellent rooms, views and service”
We had an ocean view suite that offered plenty of room and privacy for us and our 2 kids. The view of the pool and Matavai Bay was outstanding. Large pool and excercise room. Only problem was that the jacuzzi wasn't working. Friendly staff.
“Gorgeous rooms!”
The resort is beautiful. Everyone was nice. The only downside in regards to the hotel was that it took a while to get follow up service by the pool and at the restaurant and not everyone's English is the best, but for the most part, the staff knew english.
“ABC”
Calme, confortable, on est très bien servi
“A good place to stay”
We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Radisson. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed by the quality of the food for the cost but took the Le Truck into Papeete on 2 occasions for meals.
“very impressed”
The rooms was very spacious and they seem to have the largess on the Island.
“Radisson”
Very good
