“Great hotel, friendly staff.”

Great. I was in Tacoma for a frisbee tournament. Booked a few rooms for the team. Every thing went smoothly. Though, the neighbourhood seemed a touch sketchy -- probably wouldn't want to be walking around outside late at night.

“Red Lion Tacoma”

I wasn't disapointed with the service of the hotel - the front desk staff checked us into our room early and answered all our questions on sights to see in Tacoma. The indoor pool & hot tub are another big plus that we enjoyed at this hotel. Our only complaint would be the wireless internet, which we couldn't connect to because we have the newest windows (vista) and the large amount of wireless traffic in that area. Staff didn't know anything about how to help us with this issue, besides refer to the guest book instructions in the room. We suggest that if you need the internet as part of your trip, maybe isn't the best hotel to book.

“ok”

For the $100 + I paid for a night I was expecting a nicer hotel. The room had a broken sink that had been re-sealed, the faucet kind of shot water out. The sink was hard to reach for kids. the breakfast was what we expected and was quick and easy. The pool was not heated, too chilly for the adults to spend anytime in. extra towels at the pool was nice. linens were nice and clean, carpet was clean looking.

Small breakfast, smelly room, noise frige and air conditioning . Nice thing is friendly staff.

“Disappointed”

I had the worst sleep ever! The mattress was sooo uncomfortable. The sheer curtains had a blood stain on them; makes one wonder if they over look comfort and cleanliness what else can't I see?. The staff were welcoming and friendly but I would not return again. No lounge to get a cocktail or resturant.
