Pros: tht it wuz cloze 2placez where we needed 2go
Cons: more space 2eat during breakfast time
the place & staff were really nice n helpful. my kids enjoyed bein in the pool.

Cons: Torn down and rebuilt
Location: noisy on the road and didn't go out except to eat dinner
Oldest Red Lyon I have ever spent a night in.. room was next to road and very noisy with stop and go traffic..breakfast but no restaurant for dinner..wont stay there again..

Business Trip - Quality Pricing

Overall it was a good stay. I do not have anything to complain about but maybe a couple suggestions. 1) the pool/hot tub area (very excited it was indoor) the area seemed dreary & uninviting - just having a different color paint and maybe one or two art pieces would really making it nice. 2) maybe one extra blanket on a shelf in the room to be used as needed.

Near U of Puget Sound

Room was right across from ice machine....could hear ice being dispensed in the middle of the night. Hotel needs more sound proofing. Could also hear doors slamming close.

Short stay in Tacoma

Pros: The room was clean and the shower was great
Cons: Outside of building looks old and dated
Location: Famous Dave's good eating
Check in was painless and easy. Bed gave up a good nights sleep and the area being next to freeway was quite.

Nice Hotel, Not So Great Room

Pros: The hotel was very clean, the personnel were nice, the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: It would be nice if the manager worked during high volume times, usually Friday through Sunday.
Unfortunately, the hotel had recently installed security lights in their parking lot and, according to the front desk, had installed black out drapes in the rooms facing the lights. Apparently they missed our room. And they couldn't seem to find us a replacement room. The light was blinding. We finally ended up solving the problem ourselves by taking the dark brown bed runner and throwing it over the curtain rod holding the lightweight curtains to block the light and that worked pretty good. We couldn't speak to a manager, she didn't work weekends, and we were given a 30% discount on our next room upon checkout which is worthless because there will be no next room, we won't stay there again. I am asking the manager via email to comp the room. Another problem we had was the heater was so loud, every time it kicked on, it woke us up. We finally had to turn it off.

A hotel with easy access to the primary freeways

Of the limited time I spent at the hotel I found the staff dedicated to the comfort and needs of the guests. I found it refreshing to have complimentary hot coffee available 24 hours a day. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and allowed for my saving significant time each moring.

It was clean and overall it was nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent too!
