“GREAT location and so comfy!!”
Of all the hotels we stayed at during our week trip to washington, this hotel was by far the nicest. it was QUIET ( you couldn't hear everyone around you), even the traffic was barely heard! i loved the kitchen in the room!! we kept road snacks and breakfast for the next day in the fridge. the bed was comfortable (except for the pillows we had, they were like a foot tall and "crunchy"-ouch!). the wifi worked for the most part, just slow. close to everything. literally across the street is the mall so tons of food activity and shopping, and next door is best buy which was good when we realized we needed a cord to something! definitely was comfortable and we loved it. highly recommend.
“Love this place!”
My husband and I are continually impressed with this hotel. It is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The personnel is friendly and efficient. In the competitive market that is the Seattle-Tacoma, the price is also right. We have occasion to visit relatives in Tacoma often, and we prefer staying at this hotel when we come.
“Worked out very well”
With our own arrival planned after 1 a.m. and earlier arrival of adult daughter and 3-yr old, checked with hotel to be sure could get them smoothly bedded down and handle us late. They did great, giving adjacent rooms plus checking my wife and me in at 3 a.m. without a hitch. Rooms spacious, beds pretty firm but not lumpy, easy checkout coverage the next day. They even provided info on nearby playgrounds. Sure - we'd return, as they handled things well. JR
“Friendly, Helpful Staff”
Along with friendly staff, this is a great location, near I-5 and the Tacoma Mall is right across the street - can walk if you want. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I am not a picky traveler. I was looking for something safe and easy and this is what I got. Everything was right.

“Basic but perfect”
Next time I travel, I will look to see if one of these hotels is in the area I'm visiting. It was perfect for me and the allowed my dog to stay as well for an added charge. The kitchenette was great. Good coffee. Great for the person who prefers to eat some of their meals in their room.

street side sign missing. call for exact location as is easy to find if you know where.Appreciated the kitchenette for my own meals rather than relying on area resturants.

“Quiet, fun, and relaxing”
I enjoyed this hotel, it's close the the freeway, and the Tacoma mall. The employees are very polite. Easy to access, and very quiet.
