The young lady at the desk was nice. Room is clean and tidy. Basic, functional. Reasonably priced.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful however the hotel seemed to be under distress. It definitely wasn’t worth $130 for the night. I left at 7am because of all the noise above me.

Advertise had a pool,breakfast and fitness room as well as a business center. Business center was closed due to leaks Pool is outdoor and unavailable No breakfast no fitness room and had ants

Decently priced hotel room with 3 night stay. Good amenities that some expensive hotels don’t even have. They just need to change their number that’s provided on google, it’s not the same one as on their actual website. They also had some ants in the room but nothing too crazy. Other than that not a bad stay here.

The front desk staff was amazing. The room was slightly dirty with smoker stains on the bathroom door and there was no carbon monoxide sensor, and holes in the ceiling in the corners with wires showing, which was a slight concern for having my dog in there but she wasnt left alone so iy was okay. The area seemed slightly unsafe with people camping right in the parking lot area and across the lot with making fires next to a building. I would onky stay here ahain if absolutely needed but would probably pay for a slightly more expensive hotel in a safer area. overall the

The room was dirty to the point i didn't want to walk on carpet without shoes, water standing in tub didnt want to shower, the room smelt like stale smoke...gross all the way around wouldn't ever stay there again

The person who checked me in was very friendly, and the entry area was bright, clean and inviting. The room had just the essentials, but the low nightly rate was just fine for what I got. However, I was very disappointed to find there would be no breakfast service; not sure why. But in this area there are plenty of places to eat nearby. And at least there were some snacks in a room near the entrance.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was unhelpful, room was dirty, smelled horrible and the “breakfast” consisted on a singular packaged pastry and a banana. Would never recommend

Was shifted to three different rooms in four days. Ac/heat went out in the first. Refrigerator died and dumped water all over the floor in the second. TV and microwave were broken in third. All three room toilets were lose and wobbly. Staff was great. Beds were comfy (in all three rooms). But would NOT recommend.

The place was run down, in disrepair, and ill-equipped (outer doors left wide open, empty vending machines, etc.). Room was cramped, we had no "Do Not Disturb" sign, and the shower curtain hung so awkwardly there was no choice but to get water all over the floor. Our key cards stopped working after the first night of a two night stay, and the front desk help was difficult to track down to re-activate them. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, and there was uneasiness in parking overnight. A (seemingly abandoned) car was on jacks with the wheels removed, and grass was growing underneath. At the end of our stay, on our way out from the main floor, we did notice someone laid out on the floor at the top of the stairs, as well. We got out of there without incident, thankfully, and it was close to the highway, with convenient access to most anything in the area. But overall, I'd say it'd be hard to recommend this place to anyone.

Staff un excited to help or provide was like we were an inconvenience, stayed there nights we had to ask for toiletries and towels and linen even then our bed we only got too and bottom sheet no blanket or pillow cases and it wasn't until 3am morning before checkout

This is a nice hotel, very clean and very friendly staff. It says they have a pool, but I was informed the new owner, isn't using it right now. Also too keep in mind, this is a big hotel, and could definitely benefit from an elevator or 2. All in all I definitely enjoyed my stay.

We had a bad experience. I was in a domestic violence situation and I found a bug in the bed the bathroom was very dirty the room smelled like cat urine. I will never stay here again.

Kept up all night by someone in the room above us pacing and stomping from 10pm til 7am. The floors speak unbelievably loud. Wife showed the manager video of it from 2am and 6am. They did nothing about it. Just said the people were from Portland. Probably messed up on drugs.

I have never been so disgusted and angry in life until I stayed here. I booked my room because my house flooded due one night. I get there and they want a 150 deposit. No problem. I get in run and there is a sign in bathroom saying hold toilet handle down for 30 seconds. The chair has holes in it. It was bad. I go to bed and wake up too check out. The office lady comes back after inspecting my room and tells me she will not give me my refund back. Says it smells like smoke!! I don't smoke at all!! I'm needles to say not happy at this point. I explain to her I don't smoke. She than smiles and said Im but getting my money!! Now I have to take them to court. Please do not stay here.
