“Staff very nice”
We were in town visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Lewis. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very helpful when we needed to stay about 45 minutes past check out to wait for our shuttle from the airport. We were able to wait in our room and they called us once our shuttle arrived. We would stay there again and we would recommend the hotel to anyone.
“Cheap, clean and comfortable”
This hotel is right off I-5 on the south-side of Tacoma. The hotel is very basic, but it's clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's not too much to the neighborhood, but if you're staying for 1 night, it's acceptable.
“Excellent service”
We had to checkout at 4:00 AM to catch a flight! The gentleman working the desk opened the breakfast bar two hours early for us so we didn't start our day hungry!
“Not bad”
No major complaints. Front desk staff upon arrival around 1 AM was exceptionally friendly; identified us immediately by name, and check-in took less than a minute. Building and decor could probably use an update, but I'm picky about things like hotel bedspreads- I prefer the duvets.
“Uncomfortable atmosphere”
The area seemed a bit shady: it made me uncomfortable especially in the parking lot! The alarm clock went off at 1AM which didn't help us get much rest.
