This includes shuttle service to and from the Wild Waves Theme Park and shopping center. This business-friendly hotel also offers multilingual staff, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and laundry facilities. On site parking is complimentary while in-house. Best Western Plus Evergreen Inn & Suites offers 165 guestrooms, 65 of which are suites. At check-in a complimentary bottle of water is offered to all guests. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, designer toiletries, and hair dryers. Air conditioning, and welcome amenities are also included. Housekeeping is provided and wake-up calls can be requested. Cribs (infant beds) are also available. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in June 2009. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

“Would stay again”
The hotel was within walking distance to the bus transit center & that was a priority for me during this stay. I got a decent deal through expedia, which made this hotel seem like a bargain compared to the Marriott I usually stay at across the street. The room was fairly nice & clean except for some old smelly food I found in the fridge. The breakfast buffet included with the room price was very good as well. I thought I read bottled water would be provided at check-in, which it wasn't, but no biggie. I'd stay again & recommend to others.
“Excellence in Federal Way”
The front desk staff was adorable, helpful , smooth and totally knowledgeable. Once in our room, we were a bit disturbed that it was a handicapped room. I called the desk, they told me it is ok and I was not taking it from anyone...wow, these rooms have so much more space than regular rooms. Later when I needed directions to Chuck E Cheese, the gals printed up a map for me!
“Good experience.”
Everthing was excellent except for the $70.00 "convience credit" that they put on my card at check-in, in case I wanted something to eat or drink later. I did not want either. Hopefully there are not any charges on my next bill. This practice is not necessary.
“Almost Perfect!”
I would give this a perfect review except for one minor thing... We chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub, and we wanted to soak in the evenings after a difficult day on the golf course. Unfortunately, someone "put soap" in the hot tub, knocking it out of use from Friday night through Monday at checkout. While the staff was pleasant, they really never had updates about what was being done to correct the issue, if anything. In the end, we spent almost 3 days looking with sad eyes at the glorious hot tub with its flimsy yellow "caution" tape preventing us from giving our tired bones a warm and relaxing retreat. Other than that? A GREAT hotel, in a convenient location, with up to date amenities! Cheers!
“Would stay here again”
Room was clean and we were even able to check in a little early. Close so shopping and restaurants, easy access to the interstate.
“Wouldn't have guessed that this place was a "keeper"”
Everything at this hotel was pretty cool. Clean room, great location, bar/lounge had a nice feel and good little happy hour. Nothing too fancy, but perfect for business. Continental in the morning was simple, but got the job done. Switched out after two days of Downtown big name lodging where I got reamed on everything from parking to internet. I'd stay here again. Wouldn't plan a family stay here, but for business...it's right-on.

Excellent value. Looks to have been recently renovated. Large comfortable suites. Very good location with nearby malls and numerous restaurants. Only complaint was that the AC in the living room was noisy. Amenities like full breakfast and free parking adds to the value. Friendly and helpful staff. Will return if heading back to general area.
“Wonderful hotel”
Hotel was great. Staff was great. Full hot breakfast was good, the hot tub and pool was fun. Lot of fast food and restaurants near by. Very safe neighborhood. 20 minutes drive to Sea-Tac Airport.
“Federal Way Stay”
A great stay, no major problems. Great location for visiting Tacoma, federal Way, Seattle. Very near shopping mall, The COmmons, resturants, Black Angus was my fav. Pool room was a bit steamy with poor ventilation. All staff were bend-over-backwards helpful. For Sat/Sun breakfast, get there early like 7am or wait until is almost over at 9am.
