Great hotel, great price, convenient.

“Great Seattle Hotel”

I had never been to Seattle before so when I had the opportunity to extend a business trip a couple of days, I jumped on the opportunity. I chose to stay here based on it's proximity to the Space Needle, surrounding attractions, and reading the reviews here on Expedia. I was greeted politely by the check-in staff and was in my room within minutes. One request that I had read about, but forgot to request at check-in, was a West-facing room. I called down and was quickly placed on the southwest corner of the hotel with an uninterrupted view of the Space Needle. Rooms were as per hotel pictures--clean, comfortable, and accomodating. Hotel also offered free shuttle service to any location within a 1 mile radius. The monorail at the base of the Space Needle is also a convenient and affordable way to get over to the Nordstrums shopping area and a few blocks further to the Pike's Market Place. "Continental breakfast" area was cramped and left something to be desired. I would stay here again.

“Great stay, convenient”

This was a great place to stay for an event at the fairgrounds. No hassle parking, breakfast included. The rooms were clean, and there was even coffee when we got back. Great!

I love the fact that this motel is conveniently located for my needs. I also appreciated the staff. They were very accomodating and friendly. The room was beautiful but a little small. Breakfast was perfect and such a nice variety of things to choose from.

Newly refurbished beautiful room. Lobby was great. One of the best bartenders we have had. She really made our stay a pleasure.

We had a really good experience at the Best Western Park Plaza in Puyallp ,Wa.. Everyone was friendly, courteous and the delux cont. breakfast was yummy! We would stay there again.

“Accommodating”

Had some issues with connecting to internet but after extensive call to their help desk it was resolved. Conveniently located next to decent gym and shopping mall nearby.

“Not all as promised”

Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. However, we did not get all that we expected. The beautiful pool pictured and mentioned on Expedia was under construction and there was no restaurant on site. “Puyullap”

It wasn't luxury, but it was comfortable and clean. A tv a fridge and a microwave and coffee maker. All good. The shower wasn't the strongest, but adequate.
