“Maplewood 2012”

The only negative is when you have the A/C on you cant work at the desk because it's just to cold with the desk pushed right beside it.I also don't think you should have to get an upgrade to get a mini fridge in your room. Thats about it.. .Both shuttle drivers were great.

The location, staff and amenities were great. The pool was good but could be bigger and it was a little warm. We were very much impressed with the size of our room.

The hotel and staff were all excellent. The atmosphere was friendly, professional, and efficient. We were greeted pleasantly whenever we approached the front desk. As a family, we loved the excellent range of programs on the television, and more importantly the pool which was everything we could want. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very well cleaned.

“Girl's Shopping Weekend in Syracuse & Area...It WILL Become and Annual Event!”

A clean, quiet, relaxing place to stay. Even though we lost some power during our 2 night stay (the hydro work trucks were in the parking lot when we got up after the thunderstorm!), it was a great spot we would reccommend. 4 girls to 2 queen beds, we had to request extra towels, but they arrived immediately. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful during all interactions. It was a shopping weekend in Syracuse / Waterloo Premium Outlets and the highways made easy driving from our hotel to all locations. We skipped the free breakfast, but cruised by to check it out on our way to meet local friends in the city. If we had eaten there, all four of us could have been well satisfied...the room was a little busy and cramped, but that's to be expected...and a good assortment for free! For the rate we paid through Expedia, each of us (all accustommed to different styles of travel from budget to luxury) felt we got EXCELLENT value. We are already planning on making this an annual trip...maybe seasonal if the US rate stays low!

“good value, good location”

Nice rooms, clean, quiet despite large groups of high school aged teens staying in the hotel. Restaurant was very nice, staff were helpful with directions to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. close to all shopping and right next to the highway for easy access.

“Excellent overnight near airport”

This was a great place to stay before an early morning flight out of Syracuse airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was ready and waiting for us both directions. Our kids enjoyed using the small pool, and the hotel is just two exits away from Carousel Mall if you need a diversion.
