No breakfast no bar as advertisedPosted 26-Feb-2014
One if the reasons I booked here is because it advertised a bar.. To find out it is never opened. We didn't want to drive one night and we went down there and it was all closed up

Very poor customer service!Posted 23-Feb-2014
Stayed there during winter break, so I realize it was busy, BUT a hotel should be able to handle as many guests as they take in! Upon arrival at 3pm (check in time) we were told that our room was not ready, to take a seat in the lobby for "2 mins". Well 2 mins turned into 40 mins as we sat there watching other people get checked in. Then finally we get a room, take the kids swimming, the pool was freezing, and there were no towels. When I asked for a couple towels I was rudely told that there had been ALOT if other people swimming they can't keep up. At 8:30 that night I called to the front desk to get an extra pillow and blanket I was told that it would be a little while that 66 people were checking in due to flight delays, I offered to come grab them and was told they were far too busy even for that but was assured they would be up. Well never got the pillows or blanket. Again I understand the place was busy, but again a business should be able tend to all of their guests needs, as everyone is paying good money to be there!

There was no towels at all at this hotel when my kids got done swimming. We asked for them several times and never recieved any. They said they were short on towels. Obviously! So we had to freeze going down to r room. There pool was also freezing and there bathroom in the pool area was extremely dirty

Overnight stay for a College tour.Posted 18-Feb-2014
Pros: I was very pleasant and quiet.
Cons: They could have clean the parking lot of the snow much much better. Not sure if they tried.
Location: Stay overnight for a tour of Syracuse University.
Our stay was pleasant for an overnight. The room had a slight odor upon entering like feet.

Quite good for the moneyPosted 17-Feb-2014
We stayed here one night while going to a Syracuse Orange game. I really can't complain about anything. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was extremely convenient to everything.

Took a shot at this hotel based on comments. Excellent value. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly competent staff. Probably the best value in the Liverpool area.

Excellent StayPosted 7-Feb-2014
This hotel is just a quick drive from the airport, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always courteous. The room was clean and large. I believe they are going through some renos, but these did not disturb our stay at all. We also used the park and ride service, which was timely and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more! The front desk attendant even made my husband and I coffee at 4am before we left for the airport. We would definitely stay here again next time in Syracuse.

Very convenient for getting around Syracuse.Posted 30-Jan-2014
Pros: Location was perfect!
This hotel was booked for a last minute trip to Syracuse for a family emergency. We arrived late in the evening, the hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was exceptional. We had a fridge and microwave which were a wonderful surprise. The staff continued to wow use though out our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. I was happy to see that the hotel served coffee and muffins in the morning as well. If that did not suffice for the morning, there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street.

Nice hotelPosted 19-Jan-2014
Pros: Nice rooms; very nice staff.
Cons: Better TV; healthier breakfast offerings.
Location: Syracuse area; really like the Erie Canal Museum.
This hotel was a pleasant place to stay for a night in the Syracuse area (there to attend a meeting). Minor criticisms, which might be major for some others: TV was not working well and had a fuzzy picture; when I mentioned it the next morning, I was told some one would check this out. The hotel breakfast buffet (separate) was "breakfast meat" oriented, which does not work for me. The room was very nice as was the bathroom. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
