“Excellent hotel!”

This is a great place to stay - clean, pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub.

Excellent overall experience. We also had a good meal and fun time at Quaker Steak and Lube which is a 3 minute walk from hotel!

“great hotel near shopping!”

The front desk staff esp Vicki was great! Expedia said we would have a room with 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave, vented tub, newspaper. Our room did not have the vented tub. We asked for a new room and they explained that expedia can say that but not guarantee it. We went shopping and they found a better room with king and vented tub. Great room! Pool and hot tub clean. Could be hotter for the tub. Breakfast bar wonderful, lots of variety and love the pancake machine! Fruit would be a nice addition!

“"I'll BE BACK"”

The hotel was great , the only problem was @ breakfast there were kids who would come from the pool all wet get plates of bacon then go back which made the floor all wet the hotel staff should of put a stop to it. All they did was put a sign up saying wet floor.The internet was very slow , we could not order move cause on the screen to order movie it said push menu but when we did it was menu for the tv itself.It was nice having a Keurig coffe maker in the room.All and all a great place to stay we will come back next year.

It was great, but careful in the pool area, wet ceramic tiles not smart around a pool, it was an accident waiting to happen!

“Hotel: Wingate by Wyndham - Syracuse”

My wife, my 6 months old daughter and i stayed for 2 nights at the Wingate. The room was fairly big. We had the King size bed plus a playpen provided by the hotel. The service at the hotel was very good. The hotel is a little bit secluded, there is not much around and it is very quiet. The complimentary continental breakfrast was good. I would definitly stay there again next time we are in the area.

I was leary of what to expect from the price point of this hotel, but was delighted with the results. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Long hours on the pool allowed us to wind down after a long day. It may be a little out of the way for some of the city, but less than 15 min from the Carousel center and the zoo which were our destinations.

“Right hotel for family stay for shopping and Fun”

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here are the plus point : - The hotel location is near to the major highways. - Good variety & quality of complimentary breakfast. - I have booked for two queen size bed. I did not get any bad surprises. Earlier, I have seen some hotels offer you sofa bed or double bed instead of queen bed at times. - Hotel and room were clean. - Staff were professional and courteous - The hotel is near by to the shopping destinations. All departmental store and destiny mall, all within 6-8 miles of range. - It is a good value of the price. Some minor items for reconsideration : - No exhaust fan in the washroom. - There is no near by store or coffee shop etc. The hotel is some what remote location – not near to any residence/commercial buildings.

“Great hotel, but not a great location”

I thought this was a wonderful place to say. The staff were extermely friendly, the rooms gorgeous and in excellent shape. The only downside is that it's "in the middle of no-where". It has no restaurant on-site, and any that are relatively close require a drive (minimum 5 minutes, and that selection is limited). If driving is not a problem for you, I highly recommend this hotel.
