Had a great stay, stayed for 4 nights. Kiddo friendly and pool was small, but warm and still enjoyable! Staff was great and friendly. We stayed over Easter and staff allowed us to hide Easter Eggs for the kids to hunt around the back of the property outside so they could still enjoy the magic being away from home! Would stay again!

The room was good and the staff was excellent. My one complaint is the pool too much chlorine and the water looked like it had a film on it, could not enjoy.

The pool was awful. Small and over chlorinated. Our eyes burned just being near it. Couldnt get any skip the dishes foid delivered. Not much around. Had to drive everywhere to eat.

There was food left from previous guest in the freezer. There were only 2 towels in the room of which my children used for swimming, leaving us no towels for showering. I had to request extra towels. When we got there, I also noticed that there was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll. I didn’t think too much of it, because I figured there would be extra rolls. We ran out and there was no extra rolls. I had to request toilet paper. When the kids and I went to take showers, there was no washcloths. So I had to request washcloths. When it came time for bed, my son was going to use the pull out sofa. There was no bedding for it. I had to request bedding. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and I guess the room was clean. Not very accommodating. I was disappointed.

Beds are extremely comfortable and room was quiet. We were on top floor. Had to ask staff a couple of times for tea and for utensils as breakfast. The coffee tea area was often dirty where other guests open sugar packs and spill coffee and leave someone else to clean. Breakfast was adequate. Large and clean breakfast sitting area. Elevator was a bit dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned frequently. Overall pleasant stay.

Disgustingly dirty! Will never stay again. Pull out mattress was full of pee and vomit. It was shocking and we did notify the staff and switched rooms. The other pull out couch had pee head to toe again!!! I can only imagine what the mattress looked like if we took the sheets off. Needless to say one person who is over 6 feet had no where to sleep but the couch without being pulled out. The only reason I reserved this hotel was to accommodate a family of 5 for 1 night as our flight landed at 8pm. This hotel can only sleep 4 people doubling up in beds MAX. Do yourself a very big favor and book at another hotel unless you like sleeping in pee and vomit!!!!!

Completely incompetent hotel staff. Checked into the hotel room and on the return after dinner the keys didn’t work. Then once in the room attempted to use the thermostat to set the heat, but the heat did not work. Spent 30 minutes working with the thermostat and the wall unit. No luck. Went down to the front desk and explained the problem asking to switch rooms and they told me there was nothing else available and there was nothing they could do to help me. I strongly recommend avoiding this horrible property. There’s a Holiday Inn express right down the street and I’d recommend going there. In addition, the rooms are old dirty and the maintenance has not been kept up on this hotel. Avoid this poorly run, dirty hotel.

Upon check in was given the wrong room- had 3 adults and 2 kids so booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, was told it was on the third floor. Given key to room on the second floor with only a king and a sofa bed. Spoke to front desk and they changed our room to a room that was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

Great Bedroom size!
Cicero was my old neighborhood before I moved out of state. The reason why I chose the Comfort Suite in Cicero is the location, how pet friendly it is and the large size of their rooms. This place used to be great but just like anything else, it needs to be updated when you have a lot of use out of it. The sofas and carpet really need to be change in all rooms. Fresh paint and curtains would be a plus too. The breakfast are not fancy but at least something warm before starting your day. All the beds are comfortable enough and cleaned. Fridge and Microwaves worked just fine. The Lobby is great, very friendly workers.

Our kiddos did not take advantage of the pool but it looked nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice

Our stay was fine. On Friday night one bed in the room had a bed skirt that flowed out onto the floor around it. It looked like it was meant for a king sized bed, not a queen sized. It made the room look uncared for. I left a note drawing attention to it and hope it was corrected before someone else used the room.

Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days. Found trash behind curtains and under beds. Several of the accessibility functions were broken.

Wow! Don’t even know where to start. Stayed in room 330. No soap, no shampoo, (1) towel. I booked 4 nights and checked out after 2. They charged me up front for the 4 night stay and have hot yet received a refund for the 2 nights not used. Bathroom sink did not drain. Backs up each time you use the sink. No local channels on tv. Room not cleaned each day. Never again!!!

The initial staff we encountered at 1pm was very rude in telling us that we had to come back at 3pm to check in. They failed to even say hello, just 'if you are here to check it its not until 3pm, the cleaning staff is allowed till then to clean the rooms' But different staff at 4 when we came back was very nice.
