Disorganised staff on arrival. Had a reservation for the restaurant. Did not seem to know we were coming. Food very poor. Our room was dirty and had a damp smell. Very disappointing would not recommend it.

I was given a handicapped room which made working at desk very uncomfortable as desk height was too high for chair.

I was expecting and paid for King Superior room which should have been nice and comfy but had to put up with a clunky room designed for a wheel chair access.
First world problems so I didn’t complain but don’t understand why they do this when it’s not what I paid for and they didn’t explain …

The hotel is a bit tired but still was a pleasant stay. Our air conditioning did not work and we had to ask twice for someone to come and look at it. It was an easy fix but just added to the tired feeling of the property.

The motel was very quiet, and the room was clean, even though small for a family of 4. Staff were always very helpful, communicative and service was prompt. Transport is less than a 5 minute walk from the motel. There is a Woolworths and an IGA within walking distance. The Aquatic centre is next door, so easy to access for swimming.

Bath-tub was dirty. There were big red 2 marks. It was disgusting. Also toilet mirror was not properly cleaned and blurred.
Shower room handles & others all shaking. Seems not to be maintained at all
Can't believe how this hotel could be 5 star one.
I left very early same day because I did not want to sleep there. Wasted my money & time to be there.

I liked that it was close to the concert, I didn’t like being woken up, I had ordered my breakfast to arrive at 8:30am however I got it a lot earlier 6:45am. I won’t be ordering breakfast like that again if I chose to stay in future

Our stay this time was a little disappointing. We paid for breakfast and we were told the restaurant opened at 6am however at 6:30 it was still closed and we could not wait any longer due to travel arrangements. Also after the concert we had wanted a drink at the bar which closed at 11pm. And we were told go have drinks in our room!

Staff went above and beyond to assist us , we had valet parking, I forgot my reading glasses and they went and retrieved them and sent to our room , we also could not work out tv , staff came and assisted to guide phones to use tv . We had a lovely stay at The Pullman. Very close to the Quay Centre and Accor Stadium. The staff and incredibly helpful and very nice. The food and drinks at the bar were exceptional. Nothing seemed to be a problem for the staff. Felt very comfortable staying there.

The room was not very clean and was very dated. The shower stall was mouldy and there was dust everywhere. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially at the price I paid. The only thing that saves it from a one star review is how fantastic and friendly the staff were.

Pros: Great location (I had a function at The Locker Room, so very close by). The staff were lovely. Best taxi ride from the hotel to the airport (coffee, water and sweets supplied by the driver!)
Cons: The previous guests’ breakfast card (that you hang on the door) was left in the room (this contained personal information). The telephone cradle was very grubby.

Service was really slow in the restaurant and service to the room didn’t even answer the phone when I called to ask for pillows,we had 4 people in our room with 2 pillows

There was nothing unique. Except perhaps checking-in process... we checked in around 4pm and waited in a queue (of 3 people :) ) for about 15 mins, then our check-in took about another 15mins to process -- that to me is not not acceptable (also given i booked and paid in advance).
there are no printed menues for dining in a room .. perhaps they are on TV but TV did not work .. HDMI not found message .. couldn't be bothered ...
we did find the menu for mini bar though -- which was really mini - so mini it did not exist (not a single product form the mini bar was actually provided in a room)...
