This place was awful. The rooms looked nothing like the website. Construction 6 days a week starting at 7:30am. Had no idea there was construction. The layout reminds me of a prison. Broken Lyfts so had to work around that as well. Overall a terrible place and I Don t write bad reviews. Go to the Sofitel or another better known property.

Great location, really good access to Darling Harbour with eateries and easy walk into the city centre. The room itself was average - the fridge ran constantly quite noisy, there was a hose running in the laundry tub sporadically and the towel rail was not affixed to the wall properly. Had a housekeeping issue and it took 3 follow ups before it was addressed. Quite pricey for what was an average experience.

Front desk helpful. No elevator from street level to front desk was a small problem since one of our travelers was handicapped and taking luggage up stairs was cumbersome to say the least. The shortcut to Darling Harbor was a plus.

I mean I did book the hotel
But was a mistake, really out of the way, right next to motorway, quite stark.
Feels like a backpackers
Just not for me
Staff were nice enough when I asked for a refund and moved hotels for my last 2 nights
Good for families and lower budget perhaps if you want to be no where near anything

Travelled with my 3 kids on my own, everything was good and staff has been fantastic when my little one injured himself. We will definitely come back

The property had everything you would need for an extended stay. Not a lot of eating places nearby. Directions given by staff had us walking way further than we needed to in the rain. Seems to be a problem with the fire alarm as it went off every night for the last 3 nights of our stay and I must say unless you were a light sleeper you wouldn’t hear it so I was glad it was a false alarm!
It was a bit noisy this time due to renovations, but the location is excellent and will stay there again.

The property entrance is not tidy and the other exit is where they have dumpster bins. The staff were not as friendly as other hotels. There are pictures of rooftop access, which is incorrect. The rooftop view is the garage view next door to the hotel.
The hotel staff was exceptionally good. Friendly and helpful. The property is unique, keeping the historic flavor of the place. The pool was extraordinary. The suite was spacious with kitchen and laundry. However, the suite condition was only fair. Worn carpet. Chairs with tears. It had clearly seen better days.

Comfortable and interesting
Reception and the room were good. We were able to park on the road opposite the entrance until early the next morning, which worked for us as I had to return the rental then anyway. Getting from the hotel to our conference on the other side of the Harbour was quite complicated initially but simple once we had done it. There are a couple of convenience stores in Murray Street, 5 minutes away and on the way to and from Pyrmont Bridge and the Harbour.
Property nice and close to the city
Waking distance to china town and opera house
Would be good if parking was included in option or at a cheaper price.

Great location and fantastic staff - very accommodating. One bedroom apartment with balcony bigger then expected, kitchen well equipped. Pool and spa a nice bonus. Short walk to convention centre, Darling Harbour, cafes and restaurants, light rail.
