I was quite surprised the outside of building looked very inviting, but going to our room there was an unpleasant smell, it was moldy stinky smell, carpets should be washed, unsure if it was ketchup or blood on the carpet, dirty sheets in the hall. Checked the beds for bed bugs, it was safe, then our tv didn’t work, asked for discount and unheard of I guess. Says it was in renovations, so it’s probably getting fixed up to the outside inviting look

Very outdated, the perfume smell in the room, the bed. You have a nice location but renovation is needed and unscented products for peoples that are sensitive to smell. There were little kids running and jumping in the room above ours. Why don’t they put family with little one on the main floor where there is nobody under them.

Was easy check on, room was clean and very quiet in hotel all night. Breakfast was great. Not busy at all. Very enjoyable. Would stay again.

Poor, rundown, dirty pool. The room we had was very run down. Stains on the floor, blinds wouldn’t stay closed, bathroom faucet handle felt about to fall off, shower head pulls out from the wall if you try to adjust it, cracked/missing grout and messy caulking. The finish on the door around the handle is wearing off. The pool is very dirty. Dirt stained liner, bottom and steps. There is so much filth around the water line people have written their name in it. The pool shower has mould in it. Cannot recommend this hotel. Our room was on the first floor. I can’t speak for other rooms. Staff were nice, breakfast is good.

The room was very dirty and dusty around the edges of the room. The Electrical plug beside the bed did not work. The overall building was run down and in need of a facelift. They ran out of food at breakfast. Ran out of milk, cereal, eggs, bacon and pancakes. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Overnite stay.
Stayed in this Hotel to attend wedding. Overall condition of hotel is good. Nothing fancy but not run down either. The free breakfast is the standard you get in hotels. Would stay again if needing place in Swift Curremt.

Had a great night stay, staff was very helpful. We used the guest laundry and the dryer was not working so they let us use the hotel dryer as it was very late and they/we did not want to have a full load of wet laundry to bring back to our room after 4 hrs of waiting haha
