Chambre spacieuse malheureusement pas très propre quand nous sommes arrivés : poussières, sables sur le sol, VMC dans la SDB qui ne fonctionne pas donc mauvaise odeur. Comme ils ne fournissent pas de chaussons dans la chambre, nous devions nous promener avec les chaussures. Néanmoins chambre insonorisée, avec vue partielle sur la mer, nous étions au calme et c'était très agréable. Nous n'avons pas tester le restaurant mais ça avait l'air bon. Grande piscine avec jacuzzi chauffée, super agréable!! Plage privée peu aménagée avec navette. Et le personnel super gentil!

Bon rapport qualité prix au bord de la mer morte
Hotel confortable avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Il est exentré des autres hotels de la mer morte et la localisation n'est pas exceptionnelle avec la plage seulement accessible par la navette de l'hotel. Pas d'option de restaurant extérieur ni animation hors de l'hotel sans prendre la voiture. Bon petit déjeuner, piscine et salle du repas agréable.

Très bon séjour avec un personnel accueillant et très chaleureux ! Très bon surclassement offert par l’accueil directement avec une magnifique chambre avec vue. Le gros plus : un hôtel avec beaucoup de chambres mais qui reste à taille humaine et est un peu plus écarté des autres, ce qui permet d’avoir un cadre plus apaisant pour profiter de la mer morte ! Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

Séjour parfait. On pourrait facilement passé une’ semaine complète tellement le resort offre des possibilités (piscine, plage...) Idéal également pour des familles avec enfants. Je recommande vivement. Cet hôtel est propre et son personnel est à votre disposition.

Literie de très très mauvaise qualité. Une réservation mal faite par Expedia ou par l'hôtel. En tout état de cause, il manquait 2 couchages sur 6. Le personnel n'est pas agréable du tout. La nourriture est hors de prix : diner à 17JOD pour un buffet industriel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mieux, très industriel. Nous y sommes allés pour accéder à la Mer morte. Même pour avoir l'accès à la baignade, il a fallu durement négocier. Le temps mauvais de la journée les avait conduit à interdire l'accès à la baignade. En fin d'après midi malgré une mer calme et une absence totale de vent, ils ont refusé d'ouvrir l'accès à la baignade sauf après 1 heure de négociation. Il faut savoir que s'il y a une goutte de pluie, ils interdisent la baignade.

It's a bit off the beaten path but I kind of enjoy that. Signage to the hotel itself is somewhat of a challenge if you come in at night. Property itself is nice and I love the shuttle to the Dead Sea.

Not very clear with the dining options available and different staff members tell you different times and places to eat. Even wanted to charge for a milk sachet to have a cup of tea in my room which was meant to be included. No information in the room about eating options either other than a room service menu.

This is a good modern hotel that suffers a little from its location, which is fairly isolated and away from other resort hotels. Nevertheless, the hotel is modern and well maintained, with two fantastic swimming pools - one with a water slide and a swim-up pool bar. Unlike some other resort hotels where you can walk to the Dead Sea, you'll need to take the free mini-bus shuttle instead. The hotel has its own car park, with plenty of free spaces. The room was very clean with a balcony offering a view of the Dead Sea. There was also WIFI access throughout the hotel. Dining options were okay, with a BBQ snack bar near the pool, the Sunset Terrace and the main restaurant that offers a dinner buffet for $15 JOD. Service in the restaurant for drinks was pretty slow and we finished our dinner before anyone came to take our drinks order. You should also be aware that this hotel did not serve any alcohol during our stay. Many other Dead Sea resort hotels do serve alcohol. Check-in was good, albeit they rigidly enforce the 3pm check-in time. However, you can use the pool whilst you wait to check-in and they provide free towels for you to use. Just make sure you've got your swimming gear on to make getting changed easier on arrival!

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada very much. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The one thing I would change is adding water stations for free water around the hotel. If outside food and drink are not allowed, the least you can do is put out some sort of free water, so you aren’t having to spend 2 dollars for a bottled water.

Don’t recommend
I’m not one for leaving reviews but I had to on this occasion. The hotel had a terrible smell! The smell was inside and outside of the hotel including the room. The room was mediocre, expected better from the Ramada. The air conditioning wasn’t working even though it sounded like it was, there was no cold air coming out. The bed linen made us feel itchy and the floor was not clean. Not to mention there were flies everywhere! We found dead flies in the room and around the hotel. The food was expensive and terrible. There is nothing around and you’re not allowed to bring your own food into the hotel. We ended up checking in at another hotel the next night and had a fabulous experience there! Super disappointed - this hotel / resort was icky!
