The Andover Diner was just down the road. Me and my wife ate there and it was delicious. The room was comfortable. I would go back and stay there again.

Literally a band aid stuck to the wall. Stains that looked like blood on the ground. A "tenant", missing many teeth, asked for a ride to the liquor store because she was sick. I'm assuming "sick" meant she had the DT`s.

Good and affordable place to stay around Andover. The place is clean and comfortable but the wall is too thin so you can easily hear people next door talking. Close to town with lots of good food options!

This motel is a good value if you need to stay in the area. My room has a fridge, microwave, king bed, huge bathroom, clean towels, and is quiet. If you want to pay $250 for a night’s stay, feel free. If you want to pay a third of that, stay here.

Pet friendly makes me very Happy to have my service dog with me when I can have him It is a great thing this stay I didn’t have him but maybe future stays I will again .

Misserable hote accommodations
Terribly poor accommodations. Dirty bathroom wall anb door,strong odor, broken glass in bathroon, duck tape holding window closed. Very very dissalpinting. Also a welfare hotel, alot of uncomfortable people around. Nevr suggest it to anyone i know. I would like a refund.please.

Hard to rate this property because it’s a three star motel, but given that and what you’d maybe expect from that - it exceeded our expectations, so I said 4 stars. We stayed two nights at n Dec. The good: very clean; very comfortable beds and pillows, our room had a fridge and microwave, the heat worked well and wasn’t too noisy, it was quiet at the hotel and we slept well. The price was great - much cheaper than the nearby hotel where we usually stay. Could be better: only powdered creamer in the lobby for coffee, no hair dryer in the room. We’d stay again.

Cannot recommend for two major reasons
Nice check-in experience with a friendly lady. The room had clean and comfortable beds, good TV, a refrigerator and a microwave. That’s good. What was not good is that the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, which was disgusting and did not go away by spraying. The stink even woke me up in the night. The other failure was that there was almost no water pressure and no warm water at all, so forget showering.

Under NO circumstances should you stay at this place. The room was dingy, the sheets smelled like smoke, the bathroom was really filthy. I could not sleep bc of the smoke smell. It was toxic. Add to that..there were 2 rooms were guys were drinking beer and smoking outside and were loud. Another room had 4 druggies that were real freaks. IT WAS AWFUL!! Go somewhere else.

Exterior of the property was modern and well maintained. The rooms, however, were in need of some work. The bathroom was not cleaned well and there were spots of some substance on the door and sink area. The room door did not seal well and there was a large gap at the bottom allowing light and air directly into the room.

The bathroom was disgusting. The motel room itself was so cramped that two people could barely move about without bumping into each other or the furniture. The only good thing was the television set.

We apologize for the small room, and hope you will try some of our other, bigger rooms, and we are sure you will be pleased with them. As we are always in "improvement mode, we try to get to all of our rooms, and do repairs or updates as much as possible.

Lovely owner. I am handicapped and he noticed my handicapped sticker on the car and gave me an accessible room with a parking space just outside the door. Very thoughtful.
