“Everything we wanted and more”
The hotel is extremely well kept, clean, modern, spacious and I would recommend taking the breakfast buffet which is well run with a choice of hot and cold foods, as well as a large selection of croissants, cakes and fruit. The beds had good quality mattresses and were so comfortable and the hotel staff were very accommodating.
“A smart location for a family stay in Paris”
The early bird rate was very good for a Paris stay in summer, especially as breakfast was included. Not really on the direct transportation backbone but a bus takes you to La Defense where ligne 1 of the Metro gets you direct to most important Parisian monuments and Museums. Hotel Personel was very helpful in all matters. Room where standard with AC - good for summer where you stay outside most of the day. Only regret: internet is not free
“Good hotel, far from town”
Hotel was good and clean, staff were polite and helpful. But there's no metro nearby and we ended up taking taxis to get to and fro. This cost us approx 20Euros each way to the centre of Paris. There are bus stops nearby, but still inconvenient.
“very nice for 4 days' saty”
The service was good, staff are nice and helpful, and room price was very competitive. Another positive thing is that near the Hotel there is a walking zone with nice restaurants inside. the only drawback is that the hotel is far from a Metro station, you have to take the Bus which station is near the Hotel.
“1st time at Novitel”
Room was a bit small, but we had a big group. The worst part was not being able to cool the room any cooler. We actually sweat at night trying to sleep. The rest of it was fine. One man in particular, maybe a manager, white, short hair, glasses, was great to us. He helped us at breakfast, at the bar, or anything else we asked. He was great. The others were OK.
“Nice hotel but difficult to get into and out of Paris”
Hotel was very nice but required daily trips on a bus and then the metro or RER to get into and out of the city. After 4 days this routine was very monotonous. Late European dinners mean missing the last bus back to the hotel and making a taxi ride necessary (20 euro). The town hotel is in is quaint but offers little in the way dining, entertainment or access to Paris. I will be staying closer to a metro stop my next trip, again hotel was nice, but not worth the hassle.

- Clean bed but dust in the room in some places. - Only main bed is made every day, not the extra bed. - Breakfast plates and glasses dirty.
“Great rooms, shame about the corridors”
Nice quiet location for a weekend stay, but not too far from the city. Great breakfast which the family enjoyed and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Biggest complaint was the condition of the public areas. the corridors to the rooms were in a terrible state and the carpets need replacing urgently...currently stained and tattered and create a very bad impression.

Nous n'y retournerons pas. Petit déj très médiocre, nous sommes loin d'en avoir pour notre argent. Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas, pas plus que le 2ème ascenseur. Les oreillers ont peut-être été acheté chez Lidl.
“Clean but too far away from Paris and the Metro”
The hotel is not close to a metro station. It seems a nice, fairly suburban neighbourhood. Happily there are some shops and restaurants around the corner from the hotel because once you get out to your hotel you don't want to have to go back into Paris to eat. If you have not been to Paris before and want to go and see all the tourist attractions, I'd stay in a hotel closer to the Metro.
