Air conditioner is broken, but the staff is knowledgeable and fixed it. Hallway to the room is hot. Room service is good. Super nice massage. She deserve a 5 star.

Best staff ever
For the price paid, the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The staff are exceptional, well trained and friendly. Professional to a T. the breakfast was huge, myriad choices and not crowded. The bed was comfy with great pillows, loved the location. Back to the staff, best staff EVER.

This place is good.
Very nice hotel. There are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. OK, most of the western ones are fast food. but they are close and convenient. I'll stay here again next time in Surabaya.

Good all-around hotel with eating options nearby
There are numerous restaurants nearby including the usual fast food chains, Chinese, Korean and local cuisines. The breakfast was selection was good. The WiFi worked well. I loved their swimming pool which was narrow but 25m in length. Great for doing laps!

Price varies weekly. I stayed at the hotel when the price was lower. Trying to extended but it was full. It was a nice stay. Would come back when I get better rates.

Hotel doesn't change bed linen after every guest
Hotel doesn't change bed covers and linens before new guests check in, it they look clean they are left as they were. Found blood stains and a used tissue tucked into the bed.

Out from what we thought it would be at this hotel, the service was poor, we asked for an envelope (since we can't find it in our room) and want to borrow a pen from the front desk, the staff wasn't friendly and didn't look happy when we ask for it. And gave the envelope and the pen in the desk with no smile and no words at all and with very 'sour' face( we didn't even take the pen with us, we wrote in front of him and gave the pen back). After checked out, we were so much in trouble to open the front door at the lobby to took out our big baggages with nobody try to help us to open the door, but there were few staffs there, start from the security, the front desk and the one stand desk (I think that was service desk) while they certainly did nothing (no guests to serve in front of them). Oh well, my husband compare this hotel with the other hotel where we stayed for 8 nights a week before and he said he was so disappointed. But the room service was great, the food and the breakfast was great but lack of keep the food fill in for many guests.

Suggestion
I stay at this hotel for 5 nights from 28 Jan till 02 Feb 2016. I stay at 7th floor, not so quiet, but after 11pm better. Bluebird old taxi are ready in front of the hotel. Complimentary shuttle coach to the Galaxy Mall should be available in the morning , I suggest at 9am , 10am and 11am.

I was at this hotel for a conference, the hotel looks new thus everything was in tip top condition. Every night for the past 3 days, i would order dine in food. The service was fast and the food was delicious.

Really worth the value!
This hotel is perfect for business and budget leisure. The building is new, the room is nice and clean, and the service is excellent. Moreover, the location is strategically located in East Surabaya area and is easy to find many restaurants.
