Out from what we thought it would be at this hotel, the service was poor, we asked for an envelope (since we can't find it in our room) and want to borrow a pen from the front desk, the staff wasn't friendly and didn't look happy when we ask for it. And gave the envelope and the pen in the desk with no smile and no words at all and with very 'sour' face( we didn't even take the pen with us, we wrote in front of him and gave the pen back).
After checked out, we were so much in trouble to open the front door at the lobby to took out our big baggages with nobody try to help us to open the door, but there were few staffs there, start from the security, the front desk and the one stand desk (I think that was service desk) while they certainly did nothing (no guests to serve in front of them).
Oh well, my husband compare this hotel with the other hotel where we stayed for 8 nights a week before and he said he was so disappointed.
But the room service was great, the food and the breakfast was great but lack of keep the food fill in for many guests.
