Cons: Closet in rooms
Location: Very good. Lots of cafe's
Short but OK. The unit was pretty clean; however, the carpet needs to be cleaned. The bathroom was nice with a great shower.

Old hotel but not badPosted 22-Aug-2013
Pros: See above. There needs to be a "maybe" on the recommendation. It really depends on the person.
Cons: See above.
Location: It was within walking distance to town and had a shuttle available to call if you did not want to walk. Breckenridge is a great town many activities.
We had a one bedroom studio. It was very very small and old. The nice thing was it was very clean and there had been some updating but needs more. There was a day bed (trundle type) in the living area for a couch and it was uncomfortable to sit on. The stuffed rocker was very old and nasty and definitely needs to be replaced. They had two nice large community rooms for playing cards, watching TV, playing pool or pingpong. If you were needing a place for a family reunion that was not too costly, this might be a good choice. The hot tubs in the back were used and enjoyed by many. It closes at 10 or 10:30 and things got quiet. We probably won't go back but it could be a good choice for some. We were lucky to get it on short notice during the Pro Cycling Challenge Race.

Our stay was great and our room was beautiful. Friends of ours stayed in another room downstairs and there's was not nearly as nice as ours though. Also, please note, you do not check in at the actual hotel. You check in at the Christy Sports in Breckenridge all the way at the back of the store. We drove up there and then had to turn around, and go back to town to pick up our keys.

Comfortable condo, parking -easy access to downtowPosted 11-Aug-2013
Easy check in and out with very friendly staff - = comfortable facility - short walk to the edge of downtown. Parking was close to unit. The unit fits 2 people comfortably however more is crowded.

It was okay. Were only in town a short while. Nice enough. Usually like to have a little cable TV in order to watch Sportscenter, unable to get that cable channel.

2 Night Stay - Very PleasedPosted 30-Jul-2013 on Hotels.com
This was my first time staying in Breckenridge. I was there for a wedding, and so most of our time was not spent in the hotel. I was looking for the cheapest place to stay, as I just needed a place to sleep. I honestly didn't know what to expect. I ended up paying less than I thought I was going to, even after I had booked the room for 2 nights, so that was a huge deal for me. We arrived after hours that first night, and left very early that last morning. I received a voicemail from the hotel staff about arriving late. The instructions were very simple, and we were able to get our keys and sleep in the room that first night without having checked in. We checked in the next day, and it took about 2 minutes. We left that next morning, dropped the keys off in the drop box and headed to the airport. Overall I was very pleased with how seamless the process was. The staff seemed very laid back and helpful. There were clean sheets and covers for the sofa bed ready to go. It is an older building, but to me I didn't mind. It was more quaint than anything. Again this isn't a 5 star hotel, so don't expect it to be. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to board on the slopes or even to just hang out in downtown Breckenridge. Thanks again Park Meadows!

Location is great. Close enough to walk into town. Overall hotel is okay but the room is less than desirable and does not look anything like what is in the pictures. The bathrooms have no outlets. Which is totally a HUGE inconvenience. When I called the front desk to confirm that there were outlets they said they would bring me an extension cord. This was hysterical. NEVER have I stayed somewhere with no outlets in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place prior to booking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was overall pretty good. It was a little old-fashioned but was clean, the front staff was nice, and the hotel was located in an excellent location!

Breckenridge LodgePosted 9-Jul-2013
Clean was extremely clean, including refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom. The room is not fancy but is very comfortable. They have a nice common area with several amenities and two hot tubs which were sparkling clean. We had a very nice stay and will go back.
