“GREAT LOCATION - NEWER PROPERTY”

Blue Sky offers privately owned condos through ResortQuest, a management company. Comfortable, beautiful, new and well appointed through a resort furnishings service - be sure NOT to get one on Kings Crown unless you are an early riser and a sound sleeper. Brecks Free Bus runs constantly, & there are dozens of other properties on this very busy road: extremely noisy. The pool is small, 2 of the hot tubs' jets werent working, and they close at 10pm. There were too many kids there during our stay, splashing,screaming and generally monopolizing the hot tubs and Blue Sky should offer adults only time so adults can actually use the hot tubs. The lobby is nice but boring, with no activities of any kind ever. Landscaping is non- existent. Wood floors, fireplaces, tile baths and terry robes give it a homey feel. Overall, these condos are in a great location, especially during ski season. There is a free shuttle to take you anywhere in Breck you want to go -- also the Free bus, and the resort is within walking distance of downtown Breck. Its pricey, but if you want to stay in a new and conveniently located property, this is a good choice. During ski season, you can ride the Snowflake lift right outside the Kings Crown entrance.

Everything is perfect, the place and the sorroundings.. I strongly suggest service for cleaning rooms,mthat would be my only complain..
