“Awesome stay!!! will go again!!!”

Where do I begin? There were two people at the front dest the night we checked in, presumably a married couple. The man, who was the primary one conducting the transaction was very cold and standoff-ish, took a very long time checking me in and did not seem to want to talk to me. The woman seemed to feel she needed to explain this and apparently it's because of their usual clientele who looked to be mostly 20-30 somethings out doing "whatever they do". The shift the next day was much friendlier. We were short of towels and when I requested more they asked for me to bring back dirty ones first. The cleanliness of the towels was suspect. There was only one ice machine for the whole motel and it had minimal output. The continental breakfast is basically cereal, bagels and toast and that's pretty much it. The milk was in a gallon jug sitting in a bowl of ice; gave me the shivers to think what may have touched the spout or how old the bagels were so I passed on the whole breakfast...Killed a couple of bugs in the bathroom. On a good note, it's 45 minutes from the beach and we got a great rate.
“Not impressed”
During our hotel visit we had no room service, we had to ask for toiletries, the room had an undesirable disgusting smell and many of the items in the room were broken. When checking out we informed the clerk of the broken items so as not to be charged for them and were accused of breaking them ourselves. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
“worst ever”
It was nastyl Room full of flies and had to ask for 3 days before the room was cleaned after I checked in. the staff was rude and non- responsive
