“travelodge hotel”
The hotel was very clean staff was very helpful and very friendly and sociable in every way the restruaunt was very good meals were reasonably priced in all we were well satisfied with the hotel

The main comment I have is that the towels presented in the hotel room and for the swimming pool were too small and threadbare.

It was a fairly decent hotel. I love the hot tub and the swimming pool. one more thing I like about it is the fact that our car was parked right outside our hotel room and we can just put our belongings inside without too much inconvenience. some things I don't like about this hotel is that the mattress is hard on the back. it's a little bit uncomfortable. the breakfast is actually NOT free. you have to go to restaurant next door and pay for your breakfast. but overall it's a good hotel stay....
“old and dated! don't bother!”
The room was very dated. Old ugly bedspread, sunken mattress, old couch (it was a suite), dingy lighting and old dark carpet. but the worse part was there was no fitted sheet on the bed, just a 2nd top sheet laying over the mattress. When travelling I believe a fitted sheet is MANDATORY. Its the only thing between you and thousands of other people (and germs) that lurks on the mattress. In this day of bed bugs and other germy things, i can't believe that a hotel chain would not provide this. When I called down to front desk to complain, she just said its not policy to provide a fitted sheet... Well, I will never stay here again and I will tell others not to as well. I don't think its that much to ask...A fitted sheet or matress cover doesn't cost anything more then a flat sheet! The desk was old and scratched up and the microwave sat on the desk leaving little room to do my work once my laptop and paperwork was shared with space...
