Convenient, renovated, but full of dog hair. Sat on loveseat and my clothes were full i had to change before going out. Roxanne was very nice and friendly Breakfast was awesome

Room was very stuffy on arrival, however the air conditioner was so filthy we didn't want to use it. One of the bed coverings had a huge yellowy stain near the pillow area. It had obviously not been washed. All staff were very friendly & great. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was good. Desk chair, sofa and carpet in the room needs updating. No elevator, had to carry our Suitcase to the second floor.

The hotel is undergoing major renovation outside, on the rooftop and the outside walls. The Room numbers outside are covered, that made it difficult for us which spot to park our car. We had to go inside the upstairs room first , look out from the window to know where we were in order to park the car underneath. Fortunately we arrived early when we were able to see outside and the surroundings. Hope the renovations completed soon, so it won't cause any inconvenience to the travellers who are passing through.

Won’t be staying there again
When I entered the room the air conditioning was not on so the room was very hot the garbage can have garbage in it from the last people who stayed in the room later in the evening I tried to use the complementary handcream but it was empty no handcream left in it and there was a huge fight on the first floor that I called front desk and complained about and no one did anything about it for 45 minutes. The hotel served its purpose I just needed somewhere to sleep overnight but won’t stay there again

I liked that they had some pet friendly rooms and it was quite clean and the front desk was efficient and polite. I did not like the area. It was busy, noisy, and parking and roads could use some repair. With a Drive through Dairy Queen as a neighbour, there were times when I had to evade oblivious drive through drivers
