Loved the Davidoff cigar lounge and drink service. Sauna was small but good. Fitness was small but adequate. Breakfast was subpar for 5 star German standards. Also, meats, cheeses, eggs were mixed together on same serving areas making vegetarians like myself unable to enjoy anything but bread, yogurt and coffee. I stay here about 5 or 6 times a year and I have mentioned this every time to management. The meat should be clearly separated from non-meat items and that includes chicken which the girl in the morning told me was not meat. Let's just try to keep all the animal flesh products away from non-animal flesh.

Super convenient location near the Central train station. Hotel was a little pricey for the value. It was dated, older, but the hotel staff was excellent.

We found this hotel to be very nice during our stay and conveinent to the train station and the Christmas market. The only thing that we did not care for was the smell of cigar smoke in the lobby and hallways due to the cigar bar on property.

Clean room excellent shower the davidoff cigar Lounge was the highlight. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was I would say in my opinion a little below the standard of a five-star German hotel and also below the standard of other steigenberger hotels.

Everything was exceptional. We have stayed at this property before and always find it. Perfect. We did meet a new staff member, Noah, who took excellent care of us at the bar. He was so incredibly professional, friendly, and just very pleasant. We would go back to visit him at the bar again.

I arrived and checked in, meet some friends and return to the hotel at night. I went into the bathroom and discovered there were no towels. Might be the worst hotel experience I have had in several years.

I like the property overall plus the fact that it is close to the main station. Breakfast buffet is good. However upon checking in and taking the elevator to my room, was stuck in the elevator and did not get assistance until I has to call the reception desk from inside the stuck elevator.

A trendy room.
I was very happy with my stay, the room was 106 and was a standard room, not the biggest but newly refurbished I guess, the design is around a red colour but it works and is very good. I don’t think the hotel was busy and there was no upgrade that the VIP hotels rewards mentions, if you’re not going to accommodate the offer take it off the website. With that said the staff were super polite and I have no real complaints. I would stay again.

Made us feel comfortable like home
We experienced comfort safety and every wish we asked for was taken care of. It felt like home, welcoming, friendly and on Nikolaustag we were given a lovely sack with small treats to share with our grandchildren. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Stuttgart on foot and also to leave to nearby towns! Cleanliness is set to a high standard and dont miss out on the breakfast buffet. Excellent and such friendly staff!

This is a beautiful, elegant property very close to the train station. It was clean with professional, great service, and I would highly recommend it. There was an issue with the room being quite warm at night making it difficult to get a good night sleep. The staff indicated they would look into.
