“Great Experience”
Great Hotel, very helpful staff. I got useful advice to finding museums to see, restaurants to try, how to use the subway. They were happy to offer me an late-checkout and hold my bags for me until my 5:30pm train the day I checked out. And offered me full use of the day spa area. Up there I also experienced exceptional and helpful service. A well run hotel.

The Hotel Staff was very accomodating to our Business Trveling needs. Facilities and food were outstanding. Definitely would return to this Hotel on another trip back to Stuttgart.

When we arrived at the hotel after hours of travelling, we would have loved a hot drink usually available in all hotel rooms we have stayed at during our trip. Disappointingly there are no facilities in the room. No coffee, no tea, no cups. Hot drinks were available at €6 + from room service! For our usual breakfast of cereal or a slice of bread for breakfast, the cost was €26 and you pay more for extras. Internet connection is now a commonly expected inclusion in the tariff, but at this hotel it was at an extra charge. We were not impressed as the tariff in this hotel was the highest of seven stayed at on this trip. Sadly we came away realizing that five star accomodation could learn a lot from some lesser rated places. We could not see ourselves using this criteria of service for us in future or as a recommendation to others.
