Hello, I would be happy to address this. I reviewed the cameras from the night when you and your friend checked it. You arrived at 11:09 pm and were finished with your check in at 11:11pm, that is a little longer than we usually take, but certainly not 30 minutes. I then reviewed our breakfast area, as we have a full hot continental breakfast every day, opening at 6am on weekdays and 7 pm on weekend. Going by my review of our cameras, you and your friend went into breakfast, got coffee and reviewed the food options beginning at 7:09 am, with your check out, direct with our General Manager at 7:18 am. I am always please to make corrections when there are errors on our part, perhaps you were thinking of a different hotel.
