“Much better than I expected”

I thought for the price it would be a low class motel. I was very surprised when I got there and found the rooms to be clean neat and in good working order.

“Happy w/ Super 8”

We went to Ohio for The Great American Rib Cook-off. We picked the Super 8 in Strongsville because the beds looked the most comfy out of all the hotels w/ pictures in the area. We'd rather stay a little further away and be comfy! We were right! The bed was soft and big, the mattress wasn't thin, and we just asked for more pillows. The ac worked great during the heat wave, the decor was nice, the breakfast was good for the price... my only peeve was the cream cheese was kinda frozen. Other than that, the hairdryer broke after using it for a minute and the TV remote needed new batteries...and that was no biggie, we just told the front desk when we checked out. For the most part, every employee we bumped into was nice enough, we experienced no real problems. Oh, and the location was super convenient for us, too. There are tons of stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, gas stations, easy on/off ramp for a short ride to downtown Cleveland. We enjoyed our stay and we'd recommend staying here!! Thanks!

They claimed that they had wireless internet, but it was not working. There was no hot water, only luke warm water

“A hole in the wall - literally”

I really tried to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt because of the price but there were just too many things that were not good. To list just a few: There were holes punched into the dry wall and the largest hole was 'filled in' with an empty cool-whip container. The shower head and the bathroom floor had not been scrubbed in quite some time and there were cigarette burns on the blankets. The phones were broken so there was no way to contact the front desk and the complimentary breakfast consisted of stale cereal and dry cake donuts. Oh how I wish I had actually made this all up because it scares me that people are actually staying in this hotel on a regular basis.
