“Stone Willow Inn and Stratford theaters in Ontario”
We found the food at the Inn to be good. It took only 15 minutes to reach Stratford and the theaters.
“Peaceful and quiet”
I stayed at Stone Willow Inn while attending plays in Stratford. The Inn is lovely - quiet and peaceful. Had lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. I will stay there again!

Beutiful hotel. Not to far from Stratford. Very calm and peaceful surroundings.
“Lovely spot away from Stratford”
We stayed at the Stone Willow for two nights - bed was comfortable, room was quite large and the ambience was very quiet. Our only surprise was the lack of Kleenex (tissues) in our room. We thought that was a standard item and since one of us had a slight summer cold, it was noticed. We enjoyed our one meal at the restaurant, although we would suggest that this was comfort rather than gourmet level cooking. We like the idea of a good hotel that is away from, yet close to Stratford. Access to the 401 is more direct than returning through Stratford. We would recommend the Stone Willow Inn as a delightful "getaway" location.
“NICE CHOICE”
VERY NICE RURAL SETTING WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO STRATFORD. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT. SLOW AND WRONG ENTREES SERVED. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beds very comfortable but little sound baffling between rooms. Could hear normal conversation next door.

“Review”
We like to have coffee in our room in the morning before showering. The coffee maker was NOT user friendly and the brand of coffee was not to our liking. Why do hotels think their guests all like the strongest coffee available? Luckily we had our own with us and with the help of the room service people, we eventually were able to use the coffee maker. A simple one, easy to use would have been more to our liking. Otherwise, our overall experience was great!
