“quiet area -”

Quiet area, convenient to all areas and a very nice breakfast is offered .Wonderful restaurant on property . Small pool, but we enjoyed because very few people were there, end of August. We would return.

“rural solitude”

We really liked how the buildings were spread out over several acres, giving you the feeling you're in a cottage on a farm. The rooms appeared to be updated with newer furnishings and wireless. Parking at the door. All attractions within a few miles including Strasburg Railroad and Rockvale Outlets. Look forward to returning in the spring.

“Returning Guest”

My husband and I stayed here for our "Lancaster Trip" with our 3yr old daughter. The location is great for the Strasburg Railroad, Cherry Crest Farms and shopping. The pool area was nice and clean as well as the spa. We walked the grounds and they were nice. Small playgorund behind the hotel and great resturant. Here's the problem: The hotel is getting old and the rooms need a face lift. The windows need replacing or painting and the hallways need painting. The cleaning crew put their carts in the soda/ice vending area so we had to move it around for 2 days. I actually read another quests review and they had said the same thing.

“"There's better places to stay in Lancaster Pa."”

At one time, this hotel was a nice place. Windows were rotted out. roof leaked due to aWindow pane that fell out onto the roof. The glass is still up there. air conditioner was very noisy. Tv stations kept cutting in and out saying it lost its signal. outside needed painted. No vent in bathroom. beds not that comfortable. Had a key card issue. access was cut off a day too soon.
