This is a great property that is nicely located to trams going right into Strasburg. Our only disappointment was not having a refrigerator or wine opener in our Junior Suite. I would let the wine opener slide at most places but Alsace is wine country and its almost a sin. We loved the pool and the fact they welcome pets for 15€ per night.

We had no heat in the room the whole stay. The blower was blowing out cold air all night we had to sleep in clothes. My family and I will not be coming back. Limited parking due to the police taking up a quarter of the parking spots. The restaurant needs a new chef. Food with no seasoning.

Nice blocking of light from the window. Rituals toiletries. Very nice restaurant with excellent wine choices. The elevators are very full so it can take some minutes to get in and out.

Very friendly receptionist and comfortable rooms. Two restaurants are attached to it and they serve very nice food. Dinner on Sunday evening was not possible but they are very comfortable with orders from the outside. Did not have time to test the Spa areas.
Location is a bit away from evrything but a tram can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

We had a very nice weekend, booked a family room with two double beds and it was all we were expecting.
The pool/spa area is very nice. Breakfast is simple but nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here as a family of four with 2 young children and was nice and simple room was large enought for kids to play and the room has the facilities including a fridge in the room which help with the kids.

Very outdated. The images do not to this place justice in that everything just looks old and tatty. The walls are not covered in paper, but instead a strange fabric wrap that is springy... why!!!???!!! Overall it was somewhere to sleep, but I was really upset that I chose this place. Its in the middle of nowhere, dirty, old and tatty.

It was located in a campus, very quiet and nice. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city and tram station, but overall a good facility.

Stay during Kizomba dance festival
For the participation at the Kizomba Festival the hotel itself was perfect. I personally would prefer a location closer to the city center and railway station.

Mixed review.
Booked luxury family room for 4, was advertised as 1 double bed and 1 couch bed. When we got to the room there was just a double bed. Went down to reception and they said they had run out of rooms with extra bed. They then arranged for a small bed to be brought up to us. We proceeded to get that ready and noticed some of the wooden spring panels underneath were broken and some were missing. There were no sheets either for it. Not sure if this is the hotels fault or hotels.com but ultimately the hotel should be upfront if they haven't got available what has been booked and provide alternative or reduce cost of booking. Although service at reception was very pleasant, more thought and initiative could have gone into assisting with the extra bed and providing sheets etc instead of us having to keep going down to ask for each thing. Room was clean and had all basics that was required.
Situated on a retail estate to which access is constricted by a strange set of corridors. One wonders why.
Restaurants overpriced. Hot drink-making facilities in rooms in adequate. Tea, coffee, sugar provision inadequate. Request to receptionist met with polite response, but still insufficient.
In the first room that we got, the room is not at all what the photos look like. The bathroom doesn't have a bath tub or a separate bathing area. The water clogged up and flowed outside the door making the carpet wet. The toilet flush didn't work.
When we told the hotel staff about it, one of them was very rude and refused to change our room starting that they are overbooked. We said we won't live here and asked for a refund. They gave us a new room then. I wonder how they had availability in that case.
Hotel and room are nice in general, but the smoking smell from the next door was problem, even though all room in the hotel was non-smoking room according to reception.
Was not very happy and changed my booking after the first night, went downtown Strasbourg instead. I may have been out of luck but my room smelt like mold, it was not very modern and breakfast was not enjoyable at all, very smalm variety, hard bread, low quality. Service is nice, people are nice but the hotel is 'done'.
