“Topnotch at Topnotch!!!”
Our dining experience every night was exquisite, and since we are both in the Restaurant and Hospitality business, we can be hard to impress. This stay exceeded our expectations!!

“Amazing staff made my stay a pleasure”
The hotel's main areas require renovation and updating but the room was in good condition and was spotless. The staff were very helpful and the service far exceeded my expecations!

I had no idea when I chose this hotel off Expedia that I had picked the nicest hotel in Stowe. Topnotch is outstanding. To the great location, beautiful room, relaxing spa and the outstanding staff I couldn't have been more delighted with our stay. Highly recommend this place.

“Staff was delightfully attentive”
The surroundings of mountains, farmland, brooks, and wooded areas was balm for the senses. The hotel amenities lived up to the hype: comfortable bed; strong shower; spa-type bath products replaced daily; beautiful view of sunset over mountains from room; great yoga classes; delicious massage; quickly-responding hotel staff for requests/problems, such as the previous guest locking the safe before leaving;easy access to the walking,running, biking recreational path; other nearby restaurant alternatives so one is not forced to eat every meal at good-but-pricey hotel restaurant; did not smell cigarettes anywhere; indoor whirlpool was great; outdoor hottub/pools setup nice; exercise room adequate; yoga teacher and masseuse excellent. I was glad to be here in the low season because I was able to get spa services at short notice and there was always room in the whirlpool and a place to sit around the pool. Was not aware that some people had pets at the hotel. Did not hear barking. Was relieved that spa products were not hard-sold in the spa.
“Perfect stay at Topnotch”
We had a wonderful stay at Topnotch and enjoyed fall color in Stowe. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The hotel offers many extras, like coffee, baked goods and fruit in the am and tea and cookies at 4 pm. The fitness rooms, pools, jacuzzi were fantastic. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. I would highly recommend it. This is the nicest place we have stayed in the area.

Excellent hotel a few miles outside of the centre of Stowe. There is an Italian restaurant "Trattoria" within walking distance just outside the hotel and numerous quality restaurants within a short drive.
