“Dingy room in a hard to find spot”
We were very disappointed with this hotel. We expected a centrally and conveniently located hotel with simple yet comfortable modern rooms for our overnight stay in Stockholm. The hotel was very difficult to find, tucked away through an alley in a very noisy, busy part of the city. The bathrooms are clean and adequate; quite probably the best things about the place. The furnishings and bedding were depressingly shabby, and the service so-so. We requested a wake-up call because we had to catch an early morning flight the next day, and the call never came. One good feature is that breakfast is included in the room fee, and was quite nice, even at 4am. Unfortunately not nice enough to wish to return, or even to recommend it to anyone else at this time.

Scandic Sergel is centrally located, everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The room was good. If I need a hotel in Stockholm again, I wouldn't look for any other hotels.

This hotel is an easy walk from Stockholm Central and in a great location next to the Gallerian and tons of shops & restaurants.
