The address of the Hotel is Slöjdgatan 7 on Hötorget, next to the Filmstaden Sergel multiplex. If you're arriving by air, we recommend the Arlanda Express rail-link to Stockholm Central station. If you're coming by coach or train to Centralen/Cityterminalen, just walk along (Vasagatan) Mäster Samuelsgatan up to Slöjdgatan, then take a left, and the Hotel is only some 50 m up on your left, just before Hötorget. If you're coming by car, follow the signs to Hötorget/Konserthuset and drive down in the Hötorgsgaraget underground car park from Sveavägen (entrance behind Konserthuset Concert Hall) or Slöjdgatan (opposite the Hotel), then take the elevator or stairs to Sergelgatan. There's an entrance to T-Centralen subway station some 200 m down Drottninggatan and Hötorget subway station is on the other side of Hötorget. You can catch local buses on Kungsgatan (by Hötorget) or Sergels Torg (Djurgårdsbussarna and other bus lines). You can book a taxi (Taxi Stockholm environmental taxis) at reception.

The best parking is in the Hötorgsgaraget underground car park, whose entrance is from Sveavägen behind Sveavägen or Slöjdgatan, opposite the Hotel. Guests qualify for a discount. Take your ticket with you when entering the car park, and tell reception you want discounted parking when you check in.

Room sizes, furnishing and rates vary, from standard to superior. Some rooms, in the oldest part of the Hotel from the 1880s, have their own window bays or Juliet balconies overlooking the heart of the city. All rooms are bright, furnished in a Scandinavian style with cozy beds for an excellent hotel experience right in the heart of Stockholm. Whether you arrive early or late, you can get something to eat in the Hotel lobby. Hötorgshallen market hall, with an inviting array of food, is also opposite the Hotel. And Kungshallen food court, with 15 restaurants and 800 covers under one roof, is on the other side of the square. Great dining experiences await you at the array of small restaurants surrounding the Hotel and on Kungsgatan shopping street. Many of them are really popular, so we recommend you book a table a few days in advance. Don't hesitate to contact Hotel reception before or during your stay—they’ll be happy to suggest their favorite restaurants and will help you book a table.

As well as restaurants, there’s great entertainment on your doorstep, along Kungsgatan and down towards Stureplan, just five minutes' walk away. There’s plenty of shopping right outside the Hotel, along Drottninggatan or Sergelgatan down to Sergels Torg square and the prestigious Gallerian shopping mall. If you want culture, head south along Drottninggatan, via Kulturhuset cultural center, the Swedish House of Parliament, Royal Palace, and continue to the Old Town (Gamla Stan), some 10 minutes’ walk away. You can get to many of Stockholm's major theaters within a few minutes, and as well as the historical Centralbadet spa with its health center and gym. Tickets to a wide range of sightseeing tours are available from reception. And Hötorgshallen, an amazing indoor market right opposite the Hotel, is another must-see.
